So, who wants to buy this brand new gun from me? It has had about 20 rounds through the pipe. I see they put the XDM40c on sale, matching the price of the XDM9c since I bought this one. Grrr... /rant

Yeah, 9mm seems to run about $3-5 cheaper on a box of 50. I did consider that in my decision making, and I decided to keep at least one box of higher quality, defense ammo on hand, if not more, then just buy cheap stuff for plinking, which is the methodology that it seems most people use. When it comes to reloading, is there much of a price difference? I may look into reloading later down the road.

I like the way you put that, referring to if you have a drink! On a side note, but sort of related, I can see myself buying another lockbox, or a small safe for the house, and keeping my nanovault in the car, once I get my permit.

At the rate you're going, you'll surpass the 200k mile F4i guy, although with him being in NC, he gets a much longer riding season.

Moar powrrr!!! It made the most sense to me, cheaper rounds than .45, more powerful than a 9mm, unless I wanted to go with a smaller gun, like a .380.

Fieldsheer jacket and pants. I forget the models though. Each was around $130. Both has a zip in liner that makes them waterproof, but it makes them hot in the summer.
