  1. nope riding is just as amazing as the night life haha

I was wondering, as all the talk has been about the night life, and how the Hardly riders sux..

At any rate, glad to hear you guys are having a good time, maybe one year I'll be good enough, and have enough confidence to go on such a ride!

  2. I am surprised you even have Full coverage on a Salvage title.

Most insurance companies won't Fully cover a vehicle thats been totalled once.

Let us know exactly how this turns out...I for one am very curious.

:dunno: I don't know why they wouldn't! I know people that rebuild salvage cars all the time, and resell them (making sure the people know what they're getting) and the only issue I've seen them run into is getting lenders to loan money for them. I don't see why, since most of the time the rebuilt vehicles are just as good as new, and it's tough to tell what was even damaged on them.

  3. I don't think Casper got that joke the past 300 times. I'm just messing. :D

I'm just glad he has a sense of humor, or at least overlooks people doing annoying stuff like that...

    Back OT...

I have questioned global warming all along. Global CLIMATE CHANGE is real, but it is cyclical, and has been for thousands of years, and will most likely continue to do so. For people to think that we are significant enough to do that much damage is pretty arrogant. I'm not actually saying we can't cause that much damage, but with the smog and pollution regulations that have been put in place over my lifetime, things are getting better, not worse!

  4. Correct, this is not a result of any hacking or anything. It is unrelated to the legit texts from Chase, we will ot ask for any account into via text.

Thanks for the tip, and the verification!

Just an FYI, and bit of advice to others:

Anytime you get a questionable email or text from your bank, paypal, or really anything, instead of replying, login to your account the way you normally would, if there's an issue they will almost always have it there, in their secure website.

I also can't believe so many people fall for this. Not that I think they're necessarily dumb, but more like ignorant to the situation!

  5. If you get a text message claiming to be from Chase bank asking you to do something like call a number & enter you card#, reply with any info etc just delete it it as it IS a fake/non-Chase message.

We (Chase fraud department) have seen a lot of these coming up in the last few weeks. almost all that we have been made aware of as being sent to Sprint or Nextel phones.

As far as we know these are somewhat random & the person/people sending the messages do NOT have any of your personal info so I.D. theft etc should not be an issue.

I'm guessing that Chase's text system is still ok though, even though I don't use it much anymore....

  6. You misunderstand my meaning. I was only referring to the correct term for our system of government. I don't find the constitution particularly 'limiting'. The term 'constitutionally-limited' is both valid and correct. Our form of government is constitutionally limited.

Ok, ok. Just making sure! Too many think that we the people are limited by the constitution, when it is the document that ensures our freedom.

  7. yeah thats what i thought to but guess not it was a few different things missed a couple days bout a month ago and then they were really concerned about my transportation issue and what not and my contract ends and they didnt extend it and decided to not offer the job...o well shit happens..

Hang in there, you'll get ya another job! There are jobs to be had, you just have to look for them!

  8. Reagan was a movie star, a REAL movie star! We seem to have a long list of failures getting elected to the highest office in the country. What gives?
errrr..... yeah, reagan was a movie star. he was elected on his policies.....HIS POLICIES not others. he did bring many countries together and if they didnt like him they feared him. If some one was looking into nuclear weapons they were cut off from any possiblity of getting them. if you messed with HiS country you ended up with a war head in your ass with 24 hours. Yeah, he was a movie star and a great leader............... last but not least, he took a economy worse (not by much) than what we have now and had the country booming. unlike someone else who has been in office less than a year and has spent more than all presidents combined. dont even put them in the same sentence....... its a insult

I should have put that as 2 separate sections. One talking about Reagan, which even though he was a movie star years before he was president, was a great president, most surely the best one of in my 35 years!

I still don't know where they are getting these "movie star" characters that they put up for the nomination for president. out of all the people in the US, these clowns are the best we can come up with?

We armed liberals didn't start shooting people during the Bush term, you can man up and do what you're supposed to do: advocate, debate, protest, change minds, try to set yourselves up to win the next election. That's the whole point of the process.

Theh process is a BIG part of the problem. Politics has become too much of a popularity contest. It's more about getting elected, and good intentions than about doing the right thing, and what the people that voted them into office want them to do.

When you start threatening to kill my countrymen over such a disagreement, you negate the whole point of having a democracy (or a 'constitutionally-limited democratic republic'), and you alienate people with whom you might otherwise find some commonality of views.

I'm sorry that you find the constitution so limiting. I find it liberating! The constitution does more to protect us from the government than limiting us.

One of my favorite quotes goes something like this: It's not about left or right, it's about right or wrong!

  9. Eye of the beholder?

    Something like that.... :nono:

I guess this is like having your bike in the shop. You miss it so bad while it's gone, but your to excited to remember when you get it back and everything works well. ;)

Like I would ever let anyone else work on my bike!

I really don't care about the rep, just like the conversation, making it seem liek that big of a deal!
