Hydraulic clutch FTW.

IS-16 is full face, not modular. I've had mine for 2 years.

I have the HJC IS-16 with the integrated tinted visor. I love it! I bought it the day after getting stuck out somewhere with the tinted visor on, and having limited visibility on the ride home as it was getting dark. I have tried sunglasses in behind the visor before, and that didn't work out very well for me, and decided that I didn't want to get caught out with the tinted visor as my only option again, and I don't have a trunk to put any junk in. The only complaint I have with the tinted shield on helmet is the lack of anti-fog coating on it.

I did not know of such a thing! Interesting. I'll have to share that with some people that need that!

This is a pretty normal thing, it has to do with the tight clearances in the stackup of the clutch plates. This is why you will hear a nice clunk when shifting into gear from neutral, after the clutch has been engaged (lever released) especially the first time after startup.

Exactly Pauly. I don't know how one could go on after the loss of a child. My eyes have watered up as well. Tim, it sounds like your son is very strong. He must have had a good role model.

I don't have a VFR... I'm not afraid to fix it, I'm just too broke to afford the 27 year old parts for it. I haven't given up on it completely, but realistically it would cost about 2-3 times what the bike will ever be worth to get it up to par, engine-wise and suspension-wise. I feel I've gotten my $500 worth of riding out of it, and haven't put more than a couple hundred more in it. Maybe I'll get a 5 days a week job and have some time for it one day.

I picked up a 6-pack of this tonight. They didn't have it in the cooler, so I won't be trying it out until tomorrow night.

Yeah, What's the deal with Summer Shandy being out already? Winter's not even over yet! I'm not a huge fan of the Shandy, just found it interesting that it was out already.

One of my friends mounted a Microvault to the floor board, right in plain sight. Not secret, I would guess, but to put it under the seat would be? How about using the cable lock for the microvault and tossing it under the seat?

I was at a local pet store with my family, met Chevysoldier and his family there. We had been there for a while, checking out fish for our aquariums, (about 20-30 minutes I'd say) before I noticed he was OC'ing. There was no incident with anyone. Nobody said a thing about it, other than I mentioned that I forgot that OC'ed often (when nobody was around, so as to not draw any attention.) Pretty much!
