  1. Are you going to wait to sign up and pay the late fee, or is there some way around that?

Frequent rider program gets you out of the late fee. I think it's four days that you have to have signed up for. Wouldn't be surprised if Friday and Monday are sold out. Everyone comes out for the days around the AMA races.

  2. I had a good time Saturday. Never really

came to terms with the track. I tried taking some compression out and ending up bottoming out the front braking for 10. After that I couldn't get myself up to push any harder. Ended up running 1:06s and 07s for most of the day. I want to go back and get my suspension dialed in better and see what I can turn.

  3.  We had a lot of confusion as I had to get a few pieces of important paperwork that was located at the top office - Medflight needed copies.

This wouldn't cause any delays with medflight would it? wonder if that paperwork should be kept at the track until the day is over and then taken up to the office.

  4. Go out there in intermediate and tell me how many 40-42's you can click off in a day.  Then tell me if you felt safer during that day in intermediate, or during a normal advance day where there were a few "slow" guys running high 40's in advance.

To be honest with you, I've had just as many close calls in advanced with slower riders as I had in intermediate. I didn't move to A until I could run 43s consistently so when I made the move I was already mid pack. There are plenty of I guys running under 45s to chase and learn from. I found I got faster by following someone just a little bit faster than me and getting used to that speed. I still try to do that. I couldn't learn anything from someone that blows by and i can't see after two corners.
  5.  By the way, you racing WERA at Mid-O, right?  You doing the Twilight on the 22nd?

Yes, I'm planning on racing and the twilight as long as I get my bike squared away. It's still running hot. I left it with Mark J. at the last track days. I should here something hopefully today.

  6. I don't see Honda having the same rabid (or wealthy) support Ducati has historically had. The Italian allure is not insignificant.

You must be new to motorcycles then. If it gets produced, they will sell. It won't be the first time Honda has done something like this, rc30 and rc45 come to mind. Although this is even more extreme than those which will make it even more desirable. There are plenty of collectors and wealthy people that will pony up the cash to have a something like this. It's not going to be the regular guy that's looking for his only bike.

  7. First off, just want to thank Brandon and Matt for letting me tag along with them. I had a great time. Everyone looked good out there. Was good to meet everyone in person and ride with all of you. Hopefully see everyone throughout the year at MO or Motoseries events. Only issue I recall having was with steroid boy claiming I pinched him off because he ‘showed me a wheel’.

I’ll edit some video and post it up at some point.
