Yeah, if I was drinking that I'd be up late worrying about being gay too.

Unemployment does it for me. Feel like there's no reason to get up in the morning, so then I'm up all night. I could tell boring jokes, that always puts my friends to sleep.
  3. Is need for speed really that hard that you are just selling it? So what bike is this helping to buy or insure?
  4. Risking a move like that is stupid at best. One little snag and you're fertilizer in the next field. Also been around too many rowgators to know they'd have no idea you were there if something happened.
  5. Old style Marlin Mod 60 for the win. Works with and cheap ass .22 ammo, 15 rounds at a time, and easy to clean. I think I got mine in the 90's for around $70. I love it because it is so hard to jam as compared to the AR7 (?) .22 pack gun and even the old .22 pump I have. Not sure if it's as good a gun as they used to be but I have yet to kill mine.
  6. Didn't they used to sell those at Walmart for $99? Either way I bet they have a cheap scope at Walmart.
  7. Chinese parts make the 2011 cost less.

    UR too cheap!

Well, the stuff I have sold paid for the bike and I still have the parts off it that I bought it for. I just refuse to pay to get rid of parts. Maybe they didn't notice my post wasn't under "stuff for free" or "shit I'll pay you to take from me"? Irony continues since she just posted up about how her bike wouldn't run for the past few weeks after getting free gas from a friend. Turned out the free gas was several years old out of a bike being worked on. Poor girl had to dump and toss the whole tank and fill with fresh fuel to get the bike to run. Sometimes it's worth paying for the good stuff.
  9. Pothole junkies? Why would street bikes complain about potholes on city streets? Think of it as a obstacle course, yes you'll go slower but look at all the extra wear you'll get on the sides of your tires.
  10. Road snobs, you got to get away from the assfault and concreet every once in a while to appreciate real driving. Try a nice gravel road sometime. I can suggest several in southern Ohio that I enjoy.
  11. Yeah, my KLR has a monster exhaust system. Tweet - tweet - tweet really ruins your day. Do what you want on the city streets, not like smooth roads keeps the morons from running into eachother. Probably couldn't find anyone here to ride with off road.
  12. This isn't the burbs and everyone has a 4x4. Four people including myself have tractors capable of grading bad spots. You get stuck, well you were in the wrong place and need to go home.
  13. So who'll be the first to send a letter to the Columbus Dispatch about their responsiblity to inform their readers about the location of cities in Ohio to Ohio residents educated in Columbus. We passed Issue 5 to save you from yourselves.
  14. As Mud said ATGATT. I'm here to testify that it makes a difference. Broken leg and torn ligaments in the ankle but not a scratch on me. I can't imagine how bad I could have been if I had torn up skin up and down my leg while needing a cast.

    UR too cheap!

Another case of wanting to live well beyond there means. The story: So I got a good deal on a used bike that I wanted several parts off of and decided to part out the rest. One of the items being sold was a set of rear pegs. Now I know this is not like a high value item so $15 seemed fair. Well I get a person from PA responding they'll pay $10 for them. So what the hell, $10 and I'll ship them USPS with there if it fits it ships, so $20 total. They respond, no $10 shipped. So I ask them why I should pay them to take the item? So two weeks pass and the person responds back that her sister lives in Zanesville and could ride to my place (about 80 miles away across I-70) and pick them up for $10. I respond I can meet her at I-70 and Rt42 with the pegs, but just have her bring $10 so I can save a trip to the bank. A week later now her sister e-mails me to ask when I could meet her in Johnstown. I e-mailed back I was sorry but that my origional offer still stood to meet north of London and that if this was not acceptable I wished her sister luck with another seller. In my mind I'm thinking you're too cheap to afford this high priced item.
  16. And the only other person replying owns a Vstrom. Hmmmmmmm
  17. As someone who lives in the country I say Pot holes rock! As I listen to the nut case in Cleveland who parked her car in the street to protect others from a "bad pothole". Here's an idea, slow down, pay attention to the road and stop tailgating. I say we need more dirt roads in Ohio. The state would save so much money on salt and road crews they could cut our taxes. Plus it is easy to repair a dirt road, just add more dirt and smooth it out with a grader. On a personal note I'd be happier because the loud ass Harleys would be replaced with the far more usefull dual sport bikes.
  18. Another case of liberals making laws and the effects of irresponsible people on the rest of society. Your only revenge will come when she complains about the payment being late, you'll be able to say, "The State has your check, not me." I know, very little comfort.
  19. I'd say sell California to Mexico, but I think they already have squatter rights.
  20. I say we sell Hawaii to China for $8 trillion. Problem solved!
  21. Don't low side that scooter. Here's one priced low enough for you to be able to afford extras. Pictures make it look pretty good for the price. 1985 Suzuki GS700 $800 http://dayton.craigslist.org/mcy/2269094768.html
  22. The biggest problem, like most indebted people learn, isn't the total amount due but the payments required to pay the interest on the debt. If I heard the news correctly, our interest alone is about $150 Billion per year. And NO debt can not just be put off forever as suggested above. --->
  23. Well, sometimes it's a matter of hearing different experiences. Things you might not have tried. A lot of chain lube discussion doesn't convert well because we're all using different chains and riding different conditions on bikes with very different torques.
  24. I seldom use WD40 myself. I have gotten into using used oil to soak the chain to clean it and then after spinning the oil off I use Chain wax. However, I've found the Yamaha chain lube works well as a soaking medium to remove dirt.
  25. At least I know how to waste time Anyone else like to waste there time?
