Looks like a bad CCD sensor.

Bid has been withdrawn. Lucky punk.
-
The honorable thing to do would be to go through with the sale - but legally you can back out with no repercussions. There's still plenty time to be outbid.
-
Is your ebay id n***V or o***e?
-
Don't worry. ebay motors auctions are not binding. If there is no mechanism to retract the bid then contact the seller. Tell him you go another bike instead. And don't bid on something you don't wanna buy.

Just renwed my plates.... $560. My car, my wife's car, the Gimpmobile, the Bronco and the Bike. All stock plates except for the bike. all 2-year registrations except for the Gimp. Daaaang. Could be worse, registering these 5 vehicles for 2 years in England would cost me $4,875. They tax by c02 emissions. If I took the Bronco over there the registration would be $1610 for the first year and $750 year after that, just because of the emissions.

I would wait at the end of the driveway if I did evening bus duty - but if it's not banging it down with rain or 0F outside then the we'd walk. My driveway is 150'. When we wait for the bus the only time we sit in the car is it it's below 10F or really pissing down with rain. And even then, I depart to work from the bus stop so it's not a wasted journey.

Hah! Google maps shows the journey from the home address to the school address as 20', 1 second. "Or walk, 4 seconds"

I saw a parent pick her kid up from school yesterday. She parked in the fire lane to avoid having to walk the 30' from the closest open parking space. Then after she picked up her child she got into he minivan and drove home. She lives DIRECTLY across a residential street from the school. She exited the parking lot and drove all of 20' across the road and into her driveway / garage. Clear day, 65F, sunny. No handicap placard and she appeared to be a perfectly normal average build person, as did her daughter. Who *drives* a journey of 20'?? WHO?? Her parking space in the lot was 200' from the road.

Vulcan engines.

Check the resistance of the coils first. That's where I've seen EGR valves fail and set codes. Not sure that a blocked EGR would set a code unless the pintle was stuck - and then I've expect a EVP code (EGR Valve Position sensor) instead. PB, wait, PB, wait. Repeat for a week, then take it off. Try a short-handled wrench

order by name = ?? order by x *and* y ?? Don't think that syntax actually works. select l.date, a.name from launch l join crewlist c on l.launch_id=c.launch_id join astronaut a on a.astronaut_id=c.astronaut_id order by l.date, a.name Launch and Astronaut is a many-to-many relationship (an astronaut can fly multiple missions) so I created crewlist as an intersection entity. My milkshake brings all the girls to the yard. And when I say girls I mean records.

That is about an 11am low winter sun. At the time of the accident the sun would only have been up for an hour and a half so would further to the left.

The answer to all this beer confusion is Guinness.

Tsk tsk tsk young grasshoppa. SQLServer uses "into" to specify that you want to create a new table from the result set. if you create the table first then use the into clause then you'll get an error. And you wouldn't want launch date onteh spaceship unless it was only going up once. Instead you'd have a launch entity. - Don't use select * unless you know what you're doing, or if you are just browsing the database for giggles. If the table structure of the source table changes then your code fails until you change it again unless your destination can handle the new structure. ETL 101. Examples of "know what you're doing" woudl be when I wrote a report where the user could specify what fields they wanted to see on the website - the select query to display on the website did a select * on the dynamically created temporary table (and there were other selects for things like field list so the web page could build the table correctly, display headers etc.) Also your query would show you all the columns from spaceship for the named astronaut only. More of a "when is Bob going up", not "who's going up when". DBAs rock. We SO should get more tail then we do. I can't figure out why we don't.

Cheshire @ 3B's has solar flashing signs warning of stop sign ahead. The 4-way at Old State doesn't, I don't believe. I'll check tonight on my way home. Southbound, you can see the intersection from at least a quart-mile away and there ar normal 'warning, stop ahead" signs leading up to the stop. Big red stops signs both sides too. Can't miss them. How can you miss them?? http://maps.google.com/maps?q=cheshire+road+%40+lackey+old+state+road,+ohio&hl=en&ll=40.240963,-82.987229&spn=0.000004,0.003473&sll=40.280917,-83.111143&sspn=0.010035,0.022638&vpsrc=6&hq=cheshire+road+%40+lackey+old&hnear=State+Rd,+Ostrander,+Union,+Ohio+43061&t=h&layer=c&cbll=40.240963,-82.987229&panoid=Wa5dxVsEYWySBQyn3luRIQ&cbp=12,199.67,,2,2.25&z=19 http://maps.google.com/maps?q=cheshire+road+%40+lackey+old+state+road,+ohio&hl=en&ll=40.2398,-82.987268&spn=0.000016,0.013894&sll=40.280917,-83.111143&sspn=0.010035,0.022638&vpsrc=0&hq=cheshire+road+%40+lackey+old&hnear=State+Rd,+Ostrander,+Union,+Ohio+43061&t=h&z=17&layer=c&cbll=40.239482,-82.987257&panoid=Pbuxps5ZVZU-Gn8MKIfyXQ&cbp=12,180.84,,0,-4.87

Too close to home. I ride through that intersection at least 2-3 times a day. What's more sobering is that the EMS station is on that corner. His injuries must have been so bad that getting EMS on scene in under a minute was not enough to save him. There is a cross on that corner (with fresh flowers on a regular basis, and recently painted) for a lady who was the passenger in an eastbound minivan that was t-boned by a driver of a big diesel dually pickup towing a boat northbound while not having a current valid license. Pickup driver was "distracted by a boat in a driveway" and never even saw the stop sign. Needs to be a red light there. Or a roundabout. A little further east down Cheshire at "3 B's & K Road" (yes, that's the name!) there is another stop-sign intersection, but cheshire has no stop - fatal accident there last month too. Someone just didn't see the stop sign. http://maps.google.com/maps?q=cheshire+road+%40+lackey+old+state+road,+ohio&hl=en&ll=40.23935,-82.987289&spn=0.00502,0.011319&sll=40.280917,-83.111143&sspn=0.010035,0.022638&vpsrc=6&hq=cheshire+road+%40+lackey+old&hnear=State+Rd,+Ostrander,+Union,+Ohio+43061&t=h&z=17

Surprised they have any money left to pay the DBAs after they pay the Oracle bill...
-
I cut my teeth on FridayForm (older than the internet - I can't find proof it ever existed?) and then moved up to Delta. My first summer job was developing a relational database for BS5750 compliance (precursor to iso9000) for a company that made pressure vessels. I was 16, and yes, they got their certification. I passed through MS Access like a White Castle Slider (spending less than a year of my professional life on it, yuck). Now I work SQLServer and Mysql. Mostly mysql these days. I have used every type of database out there (oracle, postgres, db2, sybase etc) but only been a DBA for SQLServer and Mysql. So it's been about 21 years since my first DBA job. Wow I feel old now.

Didn't seem to work. Did you get any error messages? Probable a firewall issue.

Bitch please. select dba from company into spaceship where name = 'Scruit';

*Rode I can deal with the cold, but I won't take the risk on traction. Frost on my deck this morning = caging it. I don't "pack it away for winter", per se. I will add sta-bil to each fillup over winter to protect the bike in case of weeks of downtime. I can usually find at least one day a month where I can ride at the weekend. I have the bike on a battery tender whener it's in the garage, even overnigth. Centerstand - no flat spots on the tires. Beware, as you try to squeeze every last riding day out of the season, that you don't take unnecessary risks. If you choose to not ride due to traction etc, the bike will still be there next spring. If you screw up then you might not be.
