i totally get why people are concerned with Pence. My gay cousin lives in Indianapolis and I learned a lot about the whole situation. yea I left the place I was at because the owners and upper level management were all assholes that paid shitty. I was recruited by their competitor that paid better but ended up at my current place because it was still more money and a way better commute

I have a masterbuilt too but propane version. There are a million modifications out there for it so if you wanna upgrade it just google search and you'll be fine youre making backyard BBQ and just starting, thst unit is more than fine to get you on your feet

Not totally true. Back when I worked at a place that I could skip the random drug tests and not get in trouble I partook often and would wake up early get the smoker going then take a wonderful weed nap and eat up good meats

That website got me started since I had a weber bullet smoker first. IT's an amazing site you should reference often. I have a Maverick of some sort that was maybe $50. Has a probe that goes in to the meat and a probe you attach to the grate. Thing works flawlessly

Seasoning it is a one time deal and as you smoke more it will season more ive done chips with no soak, an hour soak and several hours and really don't see the difference
