This reminds me, I need to make an appointment and the tatoo shop. Getting an infant in for a fresh tatoo i may need to schedule way ahead. Its the cool thing to do apparently.
  5. I didnt listen to it but i looked on 99.7's website to try and find it. They do have a linked Youtube video of a 3yr old getting a tatoo though.
  6. What else is f'ed up is that im sure they could find a tattoo shop somewhere to do it.
  7. This seems to be a growing trend around here. It will be our second child. This time around will be so much easier. No need to get wrapped up in buying all the baby crap you really dont need and im sure my diaper changing skills are still on point!

  10. Not how that happend at all. You can see that the bikes were traveling faster than the traffic on the left. Impatient Caddy merged into the bike just as he was going by. Thats how i see it anyway. Had a lady do that to me but she was in the center lane going to turn left into McDonalds. She changed her mind and whipped it back into traffic. Luckily i had 2 open lanes to get away from her.

    GSXR Stigma

Your winter payment is my normal payment on my K5Squidbike750 through GIECO. I pay nine months out of the year @$25 and still have full year coverage. At $225 a yr. for full converage and $1000 ded. I just got my policy renewal in the mail and the premiums had went down. For some reason though the 2nd bike i dropped off the policy is now back on it. I dont even own it any more. I guess i will have them credit me the years premium for that bike. A whopping $14. What i dont understand is that i told them i will be the only operator on my bike but my wifes name is still on it. I would assume that they would cover any passenger not just the wifie. Back on topic: Forget the stigma and just dont ride it like an asshat. Good on you for looking at the total cost of owning it. Before i even thought about buying mine i looked into insurance. No sense buying a bike you cant afford or justify the cost to insure.
  12. This and stock up on D batteries.

  14. Im doing another pork shoulder today. Getting an ealier start on this one.
  15. I bought one of these some years ago. Its nice to have just about everything you need all in one spot and portable. http://www.bridgeportequip.com/product_p/ctk148mp.htm?gclid=CNS75rXjx7UCFe9aMgodw1oAww&utm_source=googleproducts&utm_medium=cpc_feed&utm_campaign=comparison_shopping_feeds One of the ratchets broke but that was because of a buddy was using it as a hammer when he was changing his brakes on his car. I wasnt to pissed about it because the allen wrench he was beating on flipped up and hit him in the eye. It scratched his eye and had to wear an eye patch. Other than that its a nice set on the cheap. Tool boxes are you get what you pay for. I buy alot of my tools thru my work. We get sale ads thru our vendors and alot of good deal come up so shop around. Now the tools i use at work are just expensive period.
  16. Now that your a pro i have some ceilings you can do.

    Refi question

I am going to leave that bank totally. There is zero benefit for me to use them anymore. Not that there was one to begin with. The only reason they have my mortgage it becasue National City Bank sold it to them. Hell i never made the first payment before it was sold to Us Bank. They act like they cant help with a refi but when i want an auto loan they want to give me Home equity line of credit. I must not keep enough money in my checking account for them to care. I only still have them because the convnience of bill paying. In the end my checking, HSA and mortgage will be moved to Wright PAtt where my savings is. They have always been willing to help and easy to deal with. Madcat: Thanks for clarifying the parcel confusion. If the loan officer could have explained it im sure she would have figured out what i was trying to tell her instead of just blindly saying i cant do that.
  18. I'm game. April works best for me. In may my weekends are fishing on lake erie. Or June with better chances great weather.

    Refi question

madcat- Just to be clear on the land, both lots were sold to me when i bought the house. As in the lady i bought the house off of already owned them. So my original motgage is 2 parcels. One being the land, house and garage (Actually parcel #2 has the garage on it). The other just land. As far as the lady at US bank being a moron, im sure thats correct. In short what i told here was if you cant give me a better/equal deal on a refi compared to Wright Patt i will be dumping you as my bank altogether. She seemed like she didnt care.

    Refi question

So a couple months ago i went into my bank that currently holds my mortgage and i also went to the credit union that i belong to to see who would give me a better deal on a refi. At the credit union they pushed the FHA streamline refi with a couple different upfront cost options using the County Auditor's webite for my current home value. Another deal was to actually have the home appraised at my cost. So i take there deal to my current bank and see if they can do better. They basically say they cant do a better refi but i may qualify for the HARP program. So she also gets on the auditors wesite for the value and claims my Loan to Value ratio wont let me. Then in more words tells me to piss off. What i dont get is that the credit union and bank used the auditors value but did not include the second parcel of land. My house is on one lot and i own the lot beside it. All of which was purchased at the same time when i bought the house originally. I tried to tell the lady at the bank she is not including the whole value of my mortgage (parcel #2). All she kept saying was "home values have fallen yada yada yada". Rough numbers: Parcel #1 Land value = $26K Improvements = $88K -------------------- Total= $114,000 Parcel #2 Land value = 12K Total value per the Auditor of what i pay for every month: $126K Actual value i would assume to be higher being that i have had new roofs on the house and garage along with all new windows. Not to mention all the updates i have done on the inside. I would assume that i am right on including both parcels or is there some reason that i cannot understand or they cant explain. I am going to go throught with a refi soon now that i have more money available to pay more of the upfront cost to get the best rate. Any of you peeps have some advice or do this for a living?
  21. As idiotic as it is, some are pretty funny. Maybe i can convince my 3yr old to participate. Got nothing better to do tonight.
