That is exactly why I do not like the Michelin... they squirm at anything over a spirited pace and when you really up the pace they give zero feedback and instill no confidence. Very interested in the Dunlop RS3, as they have tested better than the Angle GT with wet and dry grip and have a much better profile, so turn in does not suffer.

I agree, you will not find a more neutral handling tire with great grip and good mileage. PR4 are junk in my opinion. User reviews rate them goid, but full blind reviews rate them dead last every time. S20/21 are great tires, but will not give you better street grip than T30 and won't last as long. If a track day is in your future, then this would make sense. They are also a great value. Angel GT is also a great tire with respect to grip, and although I have not uses them, have heard many complaints of very slow and lethargic turn in. just my opinion.

The bike did not sell because it may be one of the most hideous looking bikes ever produced. Yes it performs well, fit and finished is A+, but you have to live with that face.

Surprised Volkswagen is looking at selling Ducati so quickly... its only been 3-5 years since they acquired Ducati and they have dumped a bunch of cash into racing and new models. The investment appears to have paid off with regard to racing and brand growth. Maybe this is the result of VG's emissions scandal and they need the cash? HD would ruin them just as they did MV Augusta and Buell.

Never use a clip type master link on a street bike over 250cc! I have seen to many clips fail on the street. Purchase the proper rivet tool. Many have lost bikes, skin, and life when a chain comes undone.

The tell tale sign is all over your bike! The outside of the chain can look great, but the light coating of rust dust on everything means the chain is done. Glad you did not go down... sucks about the damage, but that can be replaced. If you ever see a light rust color all over your swingarm or rear rim, replace the chain or this will happen.

Awesome! I have taken all three of my kids on long 300+ mile rides. Amazing how spending that much time not really talking, but experiencing the same sensations will strengthen your relationship and gives them perspective about you.
