I will never forget where I came from and those who have been there for me along the way. That's why I always try to push local cars, shops, and events first. In my short time in the media world I've seen some people forget their roots, "blow up", and then fall from grace very hard. It has never been a problem with plates. If anything they want me to put magazine plates on cars, but they never seem to have said plates for me to put on cars when I shoot... I'm investing heavy in new gear as of late, not paying myself really but putting all back into my business and brand. My goal this year is to bring on more video items and some other stuff as well.

There was a "photographer" that laid out this big sob story in the drag racing group I'm in that included a gofundme pitch. This group is full of the best in the world when it comes to drag racing photographers, editors, and writers. What REALLY pissed me off is I bit in hook line and sinker. I tried to set her up with some editors for paid work, even tried to help her find a job since she was local in SC to a friend of mine who said she would help her. A few others offered to help her, she never replied to our offers, and pretty much was looking for a handout(s). She got ate-the-fuck-up on so many levels. Now she can't get a single job in the industry due to her fuckery. Just one example of the abuse of this site I've seen.

Go-Scam-People is more like it. I've seen people try to get money for builds, new camera gear, money to go to races, all kinds of shit. When Big Chief wrecked he told people to NOT donate to any go-scam-people ads because they were not his, he did not support them. After Daddy Dave's wreck people set up accounts and kept the money.

If I did not have the media stuff I would be okay with working weekends for the amount of money on the table, but I need the weekends to conduct business these days.

Well, my offers to help as I can still stands.... For 2016 since it looks like we will only be on the road one weekend a month I was going to try and make it to more Cars and Coffee events to add content to my YouTube channel, and find cars for media stuff.

No need to change what is done and make it a "job". Meet at the same place, same time as always, just add the following things that can all be set up to run with no effort via e-mail or text: -Sponsor coffee, -After cruises that mix with an open to the public open house (will help expose people to Cars and coffee). -Work with UFO or other groups to help drive memebership for them, exposure for Cars and Coffee
