I'd go with the CZ. They're badass little guns with a great track record. I've never gotten into Kahrs (they may be garbage or awesome), I'm not sold on that Kel Tec model, and I never felt comfortable with my Glock 26. That's just my opinion since you asked.

Other than the Hammer S, I haven't really found a Victory that appeals to me. Where they really try to compete with Harley is with resale. Victory owners also feel that the secondary market should pay for bling and tassels.

This gun has been on my shortlist for a while. Just not in the market for a $1k gun right now. Gun Tests rates it at the top with reliability, accuracy, and concealability as A-rated.

International Arms was a firearms distributor in Hamburg, Germany. The guns generally have a small roll mark indicating the manufacturer (Merkel being a strong possibility for a double). I believe WWII era. It was not uncommon to see these in the collection of a WWII vet. Was gramps a vet? That could have some real value. I'll keep researching as this is based on memory (with a few edits as I've found stuff on the webz ). WWW.Germanguns.com may be able to help. The High Road gun forum has some discussion about it. Enjoy your artwork. I'm sure people are impressed by your collection. Me? I go through 300-500 rounds per week of cheap ammo in my POS. I thoroughly enjoy my hobby and can hit the target. High-end ammo would relegate my POS to the safe and my status to Interwebz badass.

Santa brought me a membership to New Albany. Having an office up here, I shoot 2-3 times per week on my lunch. They don't allow steel. However, for the right price (less than what I can get range-appropriate ammo), I'd stock up on my apocalypse stash. I'd get a couple thousand rounds of steel 9mm if the price was in the $7/50 range.

I won't buy a gun with bill of sale. I don't require anything but a glance at an id to verify age and state. Recently told a guy to get lost when he "required" a copy of my license. I find it hypocritical to fight for 2A rights and then turn around and violate them. Until there is a law prohibiting private sales, I will do nothing more than current law requires. Plus, most of my shit was lost in a fire on Blosser's boat.
