  1. That is one of my favorite Buell's. One of these days I will snag myself one and add it to the stable. GLWS and here's a free morning bump for ya.
  2. Hey Punk, do you work off Grooms Road in Blue Ash? I saw a bike that looked very similar to this yesterday around noon. Oh, and free morning bump.
  3. All this makes me chuckle. Thank yous go out to everyone involved for the laughs.
  4. ...and I quote "This is the only street bike that has a V-Twin engine in it...THE ONLY ONE!" Wait, my bikes not a v-twin???? Those bastards at the dealer totally lied to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a douche bag.
  5. Give me 5 minutes alone in a locked room with him.....we won't have to worry about him any longer. 20 f'n years old and is already a non-reporting sex offender?????? WTF!!!!!!
  6. I am using the Saddleman "Track" Gel seat, the one with the channel down the middle of the pad. With the stock seat after about 30 minutes by backside would start to complain. I have ridden as long as 3 hours with very little discomfort using the Saddleman seat. The seating area is made from a high grip vinyl which was another reason why I got it as I would slide back when I twisted the right grip kinda hard. That has disappeared as well.
  7. Love the matte finish. Looks like a B.A. scoot with some nice mods.
  8. Yes, that is it. I was working on these pieces for about a month as time permitted and just finished them to my liking. I am not expecting this bike to sell very quickly so I wanted to have it finished for my own piece of mind as I will still be riding it.
  9. I always felt like the cans where a jigglin too much at idle since putting the Supertrapps on because they did not use the original 2 rear hangers. I have been working on 2 pieces for stabilization. One bolted to the spot where the rear footpeg was mounted and the other bolts to the rear of the cans where I have them braced together. I re-used the grommet from the original muffler mount and bolted it all on today. Think it came out pretty good and the only movement now is in the rubber grommet as designed. Here are a few pics of the results:

    Ride today?

I may ride today and tomorrow as well. Weather seems like it will be tolerable down here.
  11. Unfortunately, because of my weird affliction of having to buy new, never owned cicles there is a loan out on the bike that needs to be satisfied. Really couldn't turn down the 1.9% special they were offering.....though that sure is an awfully nice offer:).
  12. ....and back to the task at hand
