  1. Just got my May 2011 Sportrider magazine, and the HF ad near the back has a $299 coupon for the table.
  2. https://picasaweb.google.com/YSRRacer99/Mar242011?feat=directlink So I called up Bruce the other day, and I says "If you ever get ready to sell your RC51, I want first dibs on it", to which he replies "Run by the bank, then come on up". WHAT?!?!? Turns out that he's ready to sell it now, and I was thinking about maybe in the fall. You know, AFTER ridiing season. Wellllll, the more I thought about it, the more I realized that I don't need another bike, so told him I'd post it for him here. Its a 2001 with about 26k miles on it. I was amazed, would never have guessed it had that many miles. Beautiful bike. He's meticulous about his stuff. He searched quite awhile before buying this bike, because many just weren't up to his standards. For further details, please contact him directly at bnjbauer@frontier.com Asking $4600 I believe. Thought I added this correction earlier...
  3. Trail tech vapor, unless you're looking for OEM/ stock. Just a thought. May or may not fit your needs.
  4. when it was only $1800. http://cincinnati.craigslist.org/mcy/2283772654.html
  5. Somebody please explain why its a strength issue. The side plates are the same no matter which version you go with. The stress isn't on the outer edges of the link, its on the pins and the side plates. i.e. the chain shouldn't have side to side stressors, but rather front to rear pressure as the countershaft sprocket yanks the chain through. I have used clip-ons w/ safety wire for many years, over many chains, on the track and on the street. Never an issue. I have a chain press, btw, but even with the spacer plates which keep you from crushing the o-rings, I hate trying to figure out if I've mushroomed the pin enough.
  6. Sams Club has them, too, as does Harb Frt.
  7. Hit up one of the floor mat guys (Cintas??) the next time you see them swapping out mats at Taco Bell or something. They sometimes have runners that are not nice enough to put in the stores/ restaurants. Or something like this: http://tinyurl.com/484dds6
  8. 3pm Motogp from Qatar (still a night race? Dunno) 5pm Supercross Lites 6pm Supercross Speed There goes my afternoon. And I had soooo much planned. Not.
  9. Awesome awesome awesome. Glad you used it, and are happy with it. If I see more coupons, will post them up.
  10. Do you still need this info? I've got an '03 SV650 rear wheel available. Can take measurements, and if you're interested we'll go from there.
  11. Stopped by there once. My grandparents lived in Portsmouth, so used to go through Chilli to get there. Always glanced over at that place. Ages ago...
  12. I'm looking for a subframe for an '04+ SV650, but am trying to avoid shipping off of ebay. Are there any OH salvage yards? Is Rice Paddy still around?
  13. NM. Erased. Missed the "front end removed" part...
  14. I mostly use WD as a solvent, rarely as a lubricant, and never on a chain that I care about.
  15. No longer needed. New is $199, will sell for $99 here. https://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/gN1lm-EbQFpopLFDi_fLsw?feat=directlink https://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/LntAqyyx5lTAxZahOetcow?feat=directlink https://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/i7nu6yXxWfzXsRRLUOy4mg?feat=directlink
  16. Looking for a 525 45T or 46T rear sprocket for an 06-07 GSXR600/ 750. Wheel is an 07 gsxr750. OEM please, due to their slight offset/ dish. If you've got one, pls let me know. I've got a very nice 43T to offer/ trade/ sell. Thx
  17. Niiiice. I altered some of the memory foam earplugs like the guys shows. Loooove themmmmmm. The stock design wasn't bad, with the three little black rubber bubbles to choose from, but I love the fit and feel of the earplug conversion. And didn't lose any bass. Couldn't find my biopsy sample tool (Huh?? Who has those laying around??), so used my pocketknife to punch a hole through the middle.
  18. It comes with some type of wheel clamp, but I didn't even unpack it. I drilled some holes and use a popchock. I strap the front end down as needed, or use the rear stand. Or a front and rear stand. Whatever. Nice thing is not having to bend over to get to stuff. Have caught myself a few times, in the middle of messing with something or other (i.e. under the tank for wiring, or messing with the exhaust can) where I was bending over, instead of jacking the tabletop up a little higher. My back appreciates it. A lot. I think the specs say that it "only" raised to about 29", but that is plenty. Amazing how much warmer it is a couple of feet off of the floor. The only beef I have thus far is the front wheels. They swivel, which is good, but they're tiny. They get stuck in the expansion joints in the garage floor. Would like to put some larger ones on, but need to find larger steel wheels for the rear, to keep it even/ level. http://tinyurl.com/298qmpa http://www.harborfreight.com/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/370x/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/i/m/image_2399.jpg

  20. ] I gave in a couple of months ago and bought one when I saw that they had raised the price of the basic table from $299 (I think) to $499. Found one of the $279 coupons, got in the truck, and headed to the store. I wish I would have purchased this mannnny years ago. I was torn between this cheapo one, and the top of the line, but only because their ATV/ mower wing set add-on is designed only for the most expensive table. I need to work on ATV's as well as two-wheelers. The top of the line table was $499, and the wing set was another $179. Plus, both needed to be special ordered. Screw that. My ATV solution is a $20 sheet of 3/4 plywood (or 23/32, or something like that) with four bolts aligned with the tie-down holes at each corner of the table. Works like a charm. Had a 125 Breeze on it for the trial run, worked on the brakes, the a Z400. Totally stable, no issues at all. I think I'm going to hinge the middle of the plywood lengthwise just to make it a little easier to store and handle. Really, should've bought this a long time ago. Roll it out, lift it up, do the work, lower it, and roll it back against the wall. I've been working on a streetbike project over the last couple of months, and its been much easier. The higher end version would be nice as I could lift with the compressor, but for the price difference, the foot pump is just fine (62 pumps to full lift).
