They all do that, ive replaced all on the wifes work car, 3 on my truck and one on my bike. The GM ones are cheap though and you can program them yourself.

The one I have is a different syle but similar price but the one I have you clamp on the stem and fill the tire with the gage. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001CJHU9W/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I belive that is all they permit on the track due to not wanting chemicals to clean up if they are to spill.

I have the opposite problem(well not really a problem)my wife keeps telling me I can get a new bike if I want to because "im always working on mine" And she hates shopping with a passion, and thinks these designer brands with their over inflated price tags are insane. She's perfectly happy with no name and knock off stuff and money in the bank. I'm the cheap skate that dosnt want to spend on a new ride.

I have a similar story about my Tourmaster. Hours of rain passing cars with flashers on and only thing that was wet was my neck and chest only because I didn't have my collar closed up all the way. I think stay dry mostly depends on how something fits you. Even the most expensive goretex stuff will fail you if the fit isn't right.

The peak is available EVERYWHERE if you would need a top off or refill on the road. That's the way I look at things. I don't want to stranded somewhere because I'm a coolant snob

Unless you got a bad set(doubtful) it's not the tires, I can about bet the T30 is the softest tire on the outside corners than any other ST tire out there. In 3 sets ive never felt a slip.

Don't think they really "turn off" they just go into a standby that wakes up when you press a button or bump the joystick. To turn off you have to hold two button for a few seconds and count the flashes of the LED for battery life left, 5 is fully charged.

Don't group me in with those degenerates, that's profiling. I live in cow town.
-
I left mine turn on after the fall gap trip all winter long on my bike and when I found it this spring it was still half charged.

Yup RD has some kick ass unadvertised prices, like I said you have to message mike for a quote. Tourmaster is middle of the road quality in my opinion but you get a lot of bang for your buck. I had a TM Saber jacket I bought on clearance for $100 for 2 years till I lost too much weight and it was too big but it was a great jacket sold it for $60. I bought the Advance jacket because it was a shorter cut than the Saber with the same options but I have noticed it is alittle warmer than the Saber. I recommend making a trip to Iron Pony to try a bunch of different stuff on to see what you like and need then give Mike at RD a call for a better price.

My bike was giving me dirty looks as I was prepping on the mower to make sure it was ready for work this season.
-
Sounds like what happened to me once on the Vstrom. I had just lubbed the chain and didn't notice that I had over spray on the tire. That first turn was hairy as hell.
-
I've had great luck with tourmaster. Just bought a advanced jacket and over pant from ridersdiscount for $265 total for both (you have to message him on here for prices like that) both are water proof breathable and have vents for warm westher riding and their sizes are generous for big guys with tall sizes available.

Fucking nice brother!

We need to make a guess/bet about who else bought a new set of wheels (not me) but a little birdie told me a story.

Great in the wet, stick like glue on the dry, dual compound for the twisties and long tread life and they are inexpensive. What's not to love? Getting ready to mount my 4th set.

Yup that what pretrial stuff is all about. Once it's hashed out you show up to court and the judge ask what was worked out and if both parties agree and its a done deal. Just went through this last year with my boy.
