  1. Now damn it I search that damn site for a half hour and couldn't find it. Thanks man.
  2. Every time I hear these stories it makes me take my riding intensity back another notch. Glad your ok man.
  3. I'd be ok with a 08, no sense being spolied.
  4. Just found this, mine is the B version made from 1948-1955. There is mention of any after the 1970 C version. But it's day versions may still be avaliable today.
  5. But what if they don't make it anymore? Only one I can find on the interwebz is this one on ebay and it says "vintage" http://m.ebay.com/itm/MS11-SNAP-ON-67B-VINTAGE-1953-1-2-RATCHET-BREAKER-BAR-ADAPTER-SNAP-ON-S77A-now-/251944097924
  6. Who here deals with snap-on tools frequently? I have a few that are very old (mostly my grandfather's) that I use occasionally. One of those is a 1/2" breaker bar ratcheting adapter. This weekend while using it it broke. I checked out the snap-on web site and can't even find it on there. So would I be wasting my time try to replace it? I think it's a obsolete item. I was hoping to get it replaced under warranty.
  7. Like Jim said hang a stylus or get some conductive thread and sew some on the tip of your glove finger. http://www.amazon.com/Conductive-thread-screen-gloves-texting/dp/B00GG3US4S http://www.joann.com/sensa-thread-grey-10-yards/12543419.html

Everything is gone, a family member took it all probably to sell at a flea market but I don't really care it all out of my hair.
  9. Nolan knocked it out of the park for me. Had a problem with my ratcheting neck strap. They sent me a new latch along with a free pin lock shield for my trouble. Sent it to me 2nd day fedex. Then called a week later as a follow to make sure I was happy and everything was resolved.
  10. Still chasing those gremlins? [emoji20]

Gloves are gone, nice meeting you Jacob.
  12. Only have one Givi lock, the side boxes match my ignition.
  13. I member when she bought that, so jelly. Would take a lot of KY to get it on my noggin.
  14. Today was the last straw, but the case I'm buying the key for I bought used.
  15. First off I love Givi products I've bought or owned over $1000 worth of their stuff over the years. My first dealings with their customer service was a couple years ago when I bought a set of engine guards for the Vstrom directly from their tour and ride web site. The box came damaged and the bars were scratched. I think it was mostly to do with the way they were packaged but was told by Givi Customer Service I had to work it out with FedEx and they weren't going to do an throng about it because they were damaged during shippment. I got nothing but attitude on thr phone like I was wasting their time. Now fast forward to now, I lost one of my keys to my top box and I shopped around for a replacement key blank. Found a couple places online that sells them for $8 but they was $12 for shipping (For A Fucking Key?). So again I decided to call givi and see if they could hook me up with a simple key blank. I don't want to hand out just want to key at a reasonable price with reasonable shipping. Once again I get nothing but an attitude on the phone with the guy saying "that's just thr way it is". Also said I could order the key off of them but they are also going to charge me around $10 for shipping. Only alternative he could give me was ordering a lock set to get more bang for my buck for $10 but "they're out of stock" and " who knows when they'll be back in". And I'm not so much upset about the information I got. It's the way that it was given to me. The guy had a total attitude like I was wasting his time and treated me like he was talking to a child. I kind of shrugged off the first time around with the engine guards but after this time I'm seriously going to consider my options next time I need to purchase something.
  16. I got adware on my phone a couple phones ago and I kept seeing ads on OR and other Web sites that I never seen them on before. I ended up having to factory reset my phone to get rid of it. Haven't had that problem since Verizon stared including Knox security on their Android phones.

EDIT. ..Everything is gone, thanks for looking.
  19. That works for me, puts a week gap between family vacation and personal time away. Last few years I've done them back to back.
  20. Holy fuck man, I can believe you are still fighting with this shit.
  21. 400, 4000 or 400,000 miles it should NEVER come off. Should be able to roll that bike down a mountain and that fuel line not come off.
  22. Fork brace i put on my Vstrom was the only thing that made that bike semi enjoyable to ride.
  23. It is a plus the top end is already rebuilt but I'll be looking for a trail sofa, preferably a Rincon. My old fat bones can't take a sport quad anymore.
