  1. Everything I'd like to change is out of my control. But as far as your list I'll help where I can but you know my unpredictable schedule. Hard for me to plan anything unless it's in stone and I can make aeangments at least a month out if not more. That all rolls back to that shit I can't control, I'd like to think next year will be better but it never is.
  2. some scrap places wont take it without a title now days either.
  3. Ok i went with your sugestion but i have one question. My daughters laptop has a... AMD E-300 APU with AMD Radeon™ HD 6310 Graphics processor. Photoshop and premier elements say system requirements are.... 2GHz or faster processor with SSE2 support; dual-core processor required for HDV or AVCHD editing and Blu-ray or AVCHD export; Intel Core i7 required for XAVC-S Will this still run, im already understanding performance will be slow. We purchased it at bestbuy but haven't opened the package yet.
  4. Wow man sorry to hear this, know its not going to do you any good right now but definitely sounds like time for a new insurance company. Mine is finished roof is on siding hung, time frame from claim filed to last check cut..4 weeks. I am with a out of state insurance too so I'm very happy with the way they handled it. If your interested in looking them up when yours is all settled I'm with Keystone National out of PA. You might not accually need to go to court but I'd say you still need a attorney. Usually when these assholes find out you're coming after them rhey cave before it even involves court. Good luck bubby.
  5. Sorry to hear man, his pain is gone now. You gave him the time of his life these last couple months.
  6. That's what I'm leaning towards. Wish I could get the education discount for the CDs not just the download.
  7. I have four weeks. But i have to save one for around the holidays next year, my oldest will be traveling with the marching band and playing at the Liberty Bowl and we thought of going too.
  8. Interested, but would want to spend a few days in Vegas at least two. And do several days back. I would think northern route there(I70 to I15) and southern route back.(to enjoy the less traveled states more). Or southern route there, northern route home and tour around Colorado a few days on the way back.
  9. Thanks for the tips, I'll look into them.
  10. My oldest wants this for Christmas. Basically looking for middle of the road to entry level stuff. She will use it for class projects and marching band videos and music events. I'm a dummy when it comes to this so fire away at recommendations. Must be compatible with windows 7. And want good bang for buck.
  11. It's a complete roof replacment on a 28x60 ranch, and only the rear of the house is getting re sided. Going with metal roof and they are also sheeting under the siding (I have a modular with no sheeting). I live up by Amish country lots of cheap labor and contractors up here. It's D&M roofing out of dundee ohio. Basically a Amish crew. No building permits or inspections needed. Like I've told many bubbys many times "get out of the city"
  12. I know way out of you price range but this will be my next trailer. http://www.tritontrailers.com/products/Model.aspx?CatID=26&SubCatID=29&ModelID=285&info=specifications Not in a hurry for it so im just going to hope a used one comes along at half the new price.
  13. Throw that shit on Craigslist and you'll have a hundred scrappers call you within 15 minutes..lol
  14. Get one, me and Habi will go in with you (confirm with him first)
  15. I borrowed Stumps HF trailer and hauler my C14 out to Colorado and back with no problem other than I lost his licenseplate. But I did check and tighten all bolts and fasteners and flushed all the Chinese grease out of the bearings and packed them with quality grease before the trip. His was the foldable model with 12" wheels. And I did 75 mph average all the way out.
  16. That place was always a joke. If you went into the metric side usually one guy working the whole floor and hard to get anyone to help you. but if you walked into the HD side you were bombarded by 10 people, telling you anything you wanted to hear to make a sale.
  17. Not if his insurance has a recoverable depreciation clause. Mine does, my quote was $9200 for my roof and siding, they are sending me a check for $5600 which is minus deductible and depreciation. if a i have contractor or buisness do the repairs i can submit a cert of completion with their letter head and then and only then will i be entitled to the rest. And even with that if the contractors quote is less than the adjustors they will only send what remainder is due. So if i dont use it i loose it, i just had my contractor do extra stuff.
  18. i put a set of these on my TL when i had it. http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/380991263218?lpid=82 They aren't bad for how cheap they were, can't comment on how they lased because i sold the bike one season after putting them on. Never had any vibration or wind issues with them.
  19. Damn, i was getting pissed about how my isurance claim was going but it was a walk in the park compared to yours. My insurance sent out a 3rd party adjuster to give me a replacment quote and it accually came to more than what a couple contractors quoted me. So they sent me a check for the replacment minus depreciation and deductible, them when the work is done I sent a cert of completion and they will send me the depreciation check. So worst case I'm going to be out of pocket for about $2500 till I get the second check. Roof should be going on next week.
  20. This is why when my wife hit a deer, I fixed it a as cheaply as possible and pocketed the rest. Since I knew just because of that crash record the car was worth less no matter how well or who fixed it.
  21. This! ^^^^ And This!! ^^^
  22. Phil is a touring stud. Just wish I had the time to get out like he does.
