  1. I know someone who works in that department but they haven't been to work this week, so i can't ask them.
  2. Yes it is, with the Performance package.
  3. Thank you again for everything. Yup Yea i don't want to have to keep taking it back it to fix bubbles or have issues with mobile reception. These guys have done my last 4 car and did a great job so it was worth the money.
  4. With a black car with black interior and black tint it looks dark already. They were initially going to put in 50% but to me it was to dark. I'm not trying to have to have any issues. So i got the Air blue which is 80% so you can bearly tell its there, standing next to it from the outside.
  5. Yeah, i didn't like them at first. I'm warming to them its something i'm looking to change down the road.
  6. I only did 50% because i was stopped by the same cop twice by my job because of my tint, and got ticketed. I prefer it more even but don't feel like going through the hastle of trying to dodge an officer so it got something legal so i don't have to worry about it.
  7. I got the work done at Automotive Appearance Pros. $175 for the windshield & $280 for the rest of the windows using ceramic.
  8. Just a got Tint done 15% on the rear passenger windows and rear window, 50% on the front windows and 80% on the front windshield. I also had invisible bra installed on the front bumper, side view mirrors, panels behind wheels and trunk threshold. Its nice driving down the road not worrying so about the paint. 9. $120-$150 during the summer on a 2500sq ft house.
  10. I gains look good. I was told to contact you to take a look at my SHO.
  11. Thank you Its a fun/fast car, and as far the insurance cares its just a AWD Taurus so i'll enjoy the low premiums. Also being able to get 28.5mpg is also nice. Whats their S/N? So far Livernois is the main company doing tunes for the EB v6 engines with great results. Given the same engine in the F150 makes 420tq to mine 350tq, i know there is a lot left in the engine. Its just determining what the transmission can handle. For me the next mod will be the '13 PP spring & shocks to tighten up the handling. Thank you. The AWD system while as not as good as a STI or EVO does a good job of keeping your from plowing through corners. There is still some body roll but it isn't excessive. I've taken the car to two AutoX's and its done better than i expected. Then main thing holding me back in AutoX is the fact that i cannot turn off traction control completely, but thats just because i don't have a PP SHO. http://i228.photobucket.com/albums/ee117/j2onlineaccts/Wheels/1.jpg http://i228.photobucket.com/albums/ee117/j2onlineaccts/Wheels/55.jpg http://i228.photobucket.com/albums/ee117/j2onlineaccts/Wheels/9.jpg
  12. Took the car in to the shop this week to get the tranny cooling installed this week. I was given this for a rental. I got sea sick every time i drove it. http://i228.photobucket.com/albums/ee117/j2onlineaccts/Wheels/2012-06-26080505.jpg I went to pick the car up as soon as i could, and got it cleaned up. http://i228.photobucket.com/albums/ee117/j2onlineaccts/Wheels/2012-06-23104035.jpg http://i228.photobucket.com/albums/ee117/j2onlineaccts/Wheels/2012-06-23104010.jpg The cooler looks great http://i228.photobucket.com/albums/ee117/j2onlineaccts/Wheels/2012-06-28192252.jpg http://i228.photobucket.com/albums/ee117/j2onlineaccts/Wheels/2012-06-28192308.jpg Next will be switching the drivetrain fluids over to all synthetic. Later the '13 shocks, springs and swaybars.
  13. Though i still prefer a Mini Cooper JCW, i have a lot of respect for the Abarth.
  14. Yea we were out working when that happened. When they said the corner workers could take a break we knew it was bad. I wasn't to concern with time since i was just trying to find out if i could pilot the car around the course without eating half the cones out there.
  15. I know me and the duster were going back and forth with each run, but i believe on the last one he got me by almost a second.
  16. Since buying the car i was wondering if i was going to be able to autocross it because of the weight. I'm happy to say that even with non PP suspension and only max performance tires the show did really well. The course was fast course with a couple technical parts. The car did a great job. I put the car in manual mode and once i got two 2nd gear that was fine for the rest of the course. Turbo lag was not a problem, and the awd system did a great job of keeping the car from massive understeer. I could easily tap the brakes and get the back end to come around when needed. It was back and forth with my and someone else in a much lighter car for first place in my class, but in the end he beat me by almost a second. I plan on upgrading to the '13 PP springs and shocks. I also will be looking into swapping out the swaybar bushings for poly ureathane. Here are the pix from the event. I'll have the video up later. http://i228.photobucket.com/albums/ee117/j2onlineaccts/Wheels/IMAG0661.jpg http://i228.photobucket.com/albums/ee117/j2onlineaccts/Wheels/IMAG0662.jpg http://i228.photobucket.com/albums/ee117/j2onlineaccts/Wheels/IMAG0670.jpg http://i228.photobucket.com/albums/ee117/j2onlineaccts/Wheels/1.jpg http://i228.photobucket.com/albums/ee117/j2onlineaccts/Wheels/5.jpg http://i228.photobucket.com/albums/ee117/j2onlineaccts/Wheels/7.jpg http://i228.photobucket.com/albums/ee117/j2onlineaccts/Wheels/8.jpg http://i228.photobucket.com/albums/ee117/j2onlineaccts/Wheels/9.jpg http://i228.photobucket.com/albums/ee117/j2onlineaccts/Wheels/11.jpg http://i228.photobucket.com/albums/ee117/j2onlineaccts/Wheels/55.jpg http://i228.photobucket.com/albums/ee117/j2onlineaccts/Wheels/66.jpg http://i228.photobucket.com/albums/ee117/j2onlineaccts/Wheels/77.jpg
  17. Hopefully i can get my butt up early enough tomorrow so i can get the SHO cleaned up, so i don't have to ride dirty.
  18. Yea the sharks smell the blood in the water.
  19. I moved from westerville to polaris and i and i prefer it here. More chances to network, better cafe(s), and a ton of places to walk to for lunch. Parking is a high valued commodity, and can be a pain if your get to work after 9 or leave during lunch. Besides that its not that big of a deal.
  20. I'm just interested to see how the S.S. SHO does on the track.
  21. I just got a HTC Rezound that came with beats audio and head phones. Its a nice feature but the phones beats audio enhancement only works with the phones build in music player.
  22. I will be out there. This will hold me over until i can pick up a track only project. Funny thing is i have to run gs because they haven't classed the new sho yet so im going by the old classification Thank you, i enjoyed the ms3 alot. i've considered debaging the taurus from the trunk but that is it. I'm on the fence about wheels. 22's look better but damage easier and there are less tire options that are more expensive. 20 is more practical dd duties. As far as lowering i like the ride where its at. I'm more in the hellafunctional than hellaflush
