  1. Deal! I'll take Little Debbie's and beer as payment
  2. I've been sippin Cap Morgan all evening, so I know what ya mean
  3. Mike's run this bike down the strip before, lowering links and strapped front according to pics he had on the build thread. He's faster than he'll ever boast for sure, definitely a modest guy for all he knows and is capable of. Boosting this stock wheelbased bike at the strip will pose a whole new experience though Definitely want to heat up the rear for this thing, even at low boost pressure.....Kilkare for sure, I'm excited FOR him - gotta let me know when you plan to go Mike!
  4. I think I remember a lot of guys diggin on the Shinkos for the dragstrip since they're cheap and still heat up good enough to hook. Pressure around 25psi IIRC?
  5. Q2's for street/mile. Not sure what the hot brand/model would be for 1/4 mile. As for mileage, I've only put 400+ on my spare wheels with the Q2's, but I like them so far ( as do a lot of track guys ). For street longevity ( and mile too if you want ) I like the Roadsmarts for longer life under a big bore bike and still get good grip in the corners. I've managed to get an avg 4-5k on Roadsmarts, with an easy 3-4k of that commuting interstate all season ( 75 mile round trip to work daily ) and some hard play in the mix too
  6. Don't be skeert....it's just for the lol's....unless it turns you on, then I'll be skeert!
  7. Nice to see it come to a close and ready to ride finally. Been a long road for you, but thorough and precise work Mike! Be careful out there and hope to meet up soon for a close up on the bike
  8. You could always wear it wings out while setting down a wheelie to a stoppie to simulate a carrier landing, then do a high speed flyby with the wings in to mimic a supersonic F-14, all of course while wearing a only a fighter pilot helmet and a thong. Post up a link for us to mock and share once it's edited
  9. Not sure Mike, I've not tried to post images since the change. I wouldn't "think" it would be any different, but maybe pm or post up a question for Casper to see what he says? Sorry I've not hit you up about stopping by, we've been busy at home with a laundry room remodel and had my daughter staying with us the last few weekends. I'd like to make time to stop out for a visit soon though and see the progress in person
  10. I like the color scheme, but you'd find a buyer much easier if you dropped a thousand off the asking price. GLWS
  11. Your thought process is scary, yet all too familiar Bent minds warp alike!
  12. Probably be excruciating AND expensive.....what tattoo artist would want to color on your teabag for standard rates? Unless it's a she, and then you surely would rather her to be doing something other than needlepunching 3000 holes a minute into 'em
  13. I find it ironically hilarious Greg lost the exact same way both seasons he competed, the look on his face was priceless.....thought for sure he was gonna chuck his shades across the range and cry again. At least this time he wasn't dropping a lead ball from the barrel of a half cocked flintlock while trying to bend the trigger during a 3 minute target acquisition!
  14. We're considering installing a whole house fan to purge the attic of heat, and draw the cool air from the basement throughout the living space in our house. Will definitely save on running the CA. Just fire it up early morning, and shut the house down before it heats up outside. We have a smaller capecod style home so it stays pretty cool inside once it's closed up. On days I'm home and it's sweltering outside, the CA still only runs 6-8 times a day to keep temps about 74. I grew up in a big 3 story home with no a/c. Mom would use a couple fans in the upstairs windows and open up the downstairs every morning. Dad and I would just throw sleeping bags out on the front porch to stay cooler sleeping at night. Ah, the good ol' days
  15. Wondered who dug up a 4 year old thread. Seriously sorry for your brother, but glad he's on the mend for the family's sake....however, joining a random forum and threatening members for voicing their personal opinion? ReFuckinTarded. Hope your bro learned the hard lesson he's endured these past years, but it appears you are far to thin skinned to play in this sandbox. :ban:
  16. YouTube link fail, but the pics are killer
  17. I think OhioRiders has a younger ( at heart ) population as the majority, whereas RideOhio seems to be a more controlled and mature crowd. Where we have booze induced hot tub jello and gun fights, they just have the hot tubs They're powerchairs and beer, we're turbocharged segways and moonshine
  18. I agree to disagree here, I think TopShot has more reality involved than most reality tv shows. Glad its back, I was starving for some powder and lead until Walking Dead comes back

    Racers Edge

Ah, you're right.....and I've done several top ends on 2 strokes but only split 1 apart and now that you mention it, I just now recall the main brgs press in from the outside of each case half- guess it just never registered there wasn't any oil directly on the crank lobes/rod. So, yes they presumably failed to fill the trans Didn't even register in my walnut sized brain that fluids of any sort would easily cavitate with the high revs on the crank/rod.....I guess I never should've quit smokin dope afterall Sorry about the thread derail Corey, carry on folks

    Racers Edge

Possible they didnt fill it with premix, but you're telling me that the main brgs/crank dont need oil other than the bit thats in the fuel?
  21. You "probably" won't find passenger comfort on any sport tour platform this side of an FJR or C14 without a seat swap and drop pegs. Of course this probably depends on your wife2be and how long legged/flexible/iron-butted she is
