    Hi!

1st rule of OhioRiders is you dont talk about ballfro.... 2nd rule of OhioRiders is YOU DONT TALK ABOUT BALLFRO...
  2. Firstly, I'd have worded your post a smidge differently.....kinda throwing your hubby under the bus a bit there. Secondly, I fuckin hate CL. Only ever listed 1 bike and had 3 lowballers, 2 no shows, and the guy that actually bought it showed up in a Lincoln coupe so I figured he was just a tire kicker. But he had the cash and called into AAA who sent a rollback tow for the bike Thirdly, I say hold out for a buyer that will actually make the effort to come buy the bike. Hell, the interested buyer could easily rent a damn truck or van for less than $100, or beg a buddy to lend him a truck. The CL post of his Shadow sounds a bit odd since he plans tbuy Lee's bike instead of throw money at a house.....unless he has the cash now and needs to actually sell the Shadow towards a home Either way, if Lee goes for this make sure he totes along at least 1 buddy who's packin heat, ya just never know
  3. Sounds like the clutch pack is giving up. I'd install a new cable ( or flush/bleed if hydro ) just to freshen them up too, would suck to put in a new clutch only to have control issues afterwards
  4. If you take the time to wear the helmet, finish the task and strap it on Not assuming the helmet would've saved his life, but surely couldn't have hurt his chances. I agree with using mirrors as often as forward sight, I use mine a lot and also try to stay to one side of the vehicle in front of me at a stop in case I need a quick exit strategy to avoid an asspacking. RIP rider
  5. This. And an armed robber needs to learn that sometimes it's a level playing field. It's not about a display of superior fire power, but actually using the weapon thieves are stupid
  6. Definitely Lee, hoping several will show tonight
  7. Sorry for the late notice but come on out for a look at the newly redone dragstrip, hang out, tell stories, watch things go fast, or lineup with your own ride. So far it will be myself, Snot, and hahafzr. Would like to see a bunch of us out there again. Gates open @ 6pm and racing kicks off around 7pm. See ya there!
  8. Good to know, I may be in touch for some strategy advice on my MassMutual 401k soon as I'm clueless to the best investment choices
  9. Here's a couple tire calculators to see the effects of circumference changes.....hope this helps http://www.rbracing-rsr.com/tirediamcalc.html http://easycalculation.com/physics/classical-physics/motorcycle-speedometer-calibration.php
  10. Did you try shooting them an email for some help? That would be my best guess to start with
  11. Weather guessers are predicting 80's and sunny for the 24th, so long as they aren't too shitty at guessing the weather
  12. Considered a steel building? Gives you options for an overhead hoist, more structurally sound than your standard stickbuilt, much more fire safe, and not THAT much more cost involved depending on the size/scale of the building. http://www.worldwidesteelbuildings.com/specials.php
  13. #1 - Congrats on taking steps towards a dream home, I would love to do the same #2 - I would keep the floor dimensions down to a 3(ish) car plan so your concrete will still be fairly affordable, but like others said go with a 2 story plan for extra space for storage and/or huge mancave, you'll probably be glad you did. #3 - overhead plumbed air source would be a blessing, a car lift might be a valuable investment at times too but not an absolute necessity unless you have the spare funds to throw at it. Or maybe consider having a pit poured in one bay, could be cheaper? Idk what the price differential would be, but if the forms are in place before the floor is poured I cant see it costing too much:dunno: Will be a huge amount of decisions to stew over with a virtually limitless plan for a garage build - good luck and as always, post pics of the build
  14. Happy Birthday wifey. We are going to Iron Pony for the day and get her some cool new BDay gifts

  16. Laughing at other's pain......one of America's favorite passtimes
  17. Martin, I typically wear an XL in other brands. Ordered XL in these last fall and they were very snug in comparison, but they are wearing in nicely and fit perfectly now.....just FYI
  18. Looking quick out there Ryan. Good vids. I want to try Grattan someday
  19. I have a couple spare fans ( saving 1 to add a 2nd fan to my bike ) and you're welcome to one if it will fit. Not sure of the fan diameter, or the mounting points/dimensions, but I can get those to you. Or if you want to take the bike for a spin over to my place, we can compare them. GLWS!
  20. Received the cleats and they're as advertised. Thanx and GLWS
  21. Anyone? Bueller.....Bueller? Hoping the weather is stellar that weekend. Be cool to have some fellow OR's come out and ride
  22. Good luck man! Watkins looks like a sweet venue
