  1. I'm not too carb saavy, but if it were me I'd start with a rejet and a few dyno pulls to help scope the a/f ratios across the tach range. That way you'd KNOW what jets are in it, where its pulling lean/rich, and where you'd need to adjust your mix screws and jets up or down. Sorry, but I've got no clue to any tuning sources ( other than DTM-Brian ) and nothing else to offer here except I hope ya get it sorted.
  2. HAPPY THANKSGIVING! I already know my pants wont fit later
  3. Cool! Thanx man, I've got a spare wheelset so I'll pull the hub so we can meet up sometime and check the match. I'm thinking as long as I have a 38, 39, 40, 41 - I should be covered. Brocks stated their 200mph bike ran a 39 rear with stock front, so I'm figuring if I've got the same setup I'll have my best shot. If I can't break the 190's, I could always keep gearing it up a little bit for more power as long as I still have gear left ( in the power range ) at the finish line.

Do you know what it was fitted for? CBR? ZX? Just curious if it would mount on my ZX14 for a quieter option when I want to ride stealthier
  5. Nice ride, glad you went for it. And really glad she let you go for it too
  6. Leader was damn close to eating that car, glad it was a near miss!
  7. He's not a new guy, been here for years
  8. OR meet n greets can happen on the bikepath now!
  9. Gander Mountain in HuberHeights had a pricing error today. 100rd boxes of .223 brass for $30 each!
  10. Nice roadmachine! Now you have toys no matter what terrain you ride!!
  11. The new Kaw 636 would be PLENTY if you're looking for a major upgrade, insurance will ding you on a new bike but it will be cheaper with less than 749cc vs a liter. Your '00 carbed 6 doesnt run nearly as well as it did years ago and some upgrades for it could prove to be enough to satisfy your power hunger.

Is this for your '91 CBR? Clamps included?
  13. Sorry, I've got nothing extraordinary to offer but subscribing to see what ideas show up:popcorn:
  14. I've researched this a little and found it basically all depends on your wallet, there's some really elaborate systems available and almost limitless possibilities that can alert your cel phone and the police with alarm systems tied in, etc. Multi-channel camera hubs with a DVR seem to vary widely in quality and price. But even the simplest setups are far better than nothing at all
  15. Whales swim all day long, eat fish and drink water.....and they're STILL fat poor things
  16. Nice little blades for the money, good find
  17. The little nitro sportbikes look like fun, but expensive at around $500 to start. Think they are RTR out of the box at that price though, which is nicer than having to completely build like my old buggy was
  18. I was a Kyosho guy, had the original Ultima 2wd 10th scale with aluminum tub and converted to carbon fiber chassis. All carbon fiber towers, platinum shocks, all ball bearing kit, belt drive conversion, Novak SC, 7.2v & 8.4v, pile of motors, pile of wheels/tires, Airtronics XL2P and all back in the mid 80's. Well over $1k invested into mine too. HuberHeights had an indoor dirt oval and OffRoad course ( Ohio RC Raceway ) that we would frequent. Had a few outdoor tracks in our area back then too. Fun hobby for sure.
  19. Wishing a speedy recovery, and you have all winter to ride so no worries:D
  20. Nice piece AJ! My Dad has an HMR.17 and loves it, wicked little rounds for sure. But .22 is plenty for what you're plans are.
