  1. Welcome. I recommend taking some extra tape if you tape your lights. NO K&N oil filters or other filters with a nut. Check your chain and tires before you go. Take gas with you. If you own leather wear them if you don't consider buying them...saved my skin.

  3. As a girl this sucks.... I have lost ZERO since thanksgiving. But, I am stronger, faster and a few inches have come off. My endurance has increased and I think that's what is holding me back. My muscles don't burn out fast, my lungs do....can't breath. Still working out and staying away from junk food.

  5. They have smaller bikes too. I asked Misty on ninjette, she is an instructor. I asked because of my lack of height and can't reach. They use 600s when needed. They also use several bikes for the class; a braking, lean, and standard bike for training. We looked into this, including locationd. The 2 day is the only one they have their bikes. The one day is with your bike. If and when we do this it will be in VA for the 2 day.

  8. Hellmutt and I are still doing crossfit, we are both still do good. However, some of you might not recognize him this spring....he has lost a lot of weight and toned up.

  11. Well, we just signed up for the crossFit open...I guess our Friday nights are taken for the next 5 weeks. We will find our strengths and weaknesses. I haven't lost anything in a while, but I know I am stronger. It takes a lot to get my heart rate up.
  12. Are you designing the shirts with a "in memory of"? I think Gap trip should have shirts for Jerry, too. Maybe something like "Riding for Jerry"?
  13. We are still working out 4xs a week. Pull ups are still not happening, but getting better.
