Rode in the heat for a not so quick 11 miles, had a cross wind that made it feel like riding in a hot air blow drier...

Or you ride in the rain to wash and the heat to dry... Watch for shrinking

I use warm water or Lexol cleaner and mink oil. I always condition after riding in the rain (once the leather is almost dry).

I would contact them, and remind them they could cause an accident. I hate transitioning, my little bike doesn't like it either.

I need short sizes. Inseam is 28, I can make 30 work but nothing much longer than that.
