  1. Have you tried the litter that has am attracting agent? My cat did this and I got litter with an attraction agent. Problem solved

  3. My mom had the same thing happened. I stayed with her the 1st week. My grandfather did not understand why she couldn't let my uncle and his son stay with her the day after surgery. He expected her to make 2 meals a day for 6 people. Then, thought I would.... She said no, I was there to help her not play maid. My step dad gave her a hard time for several weeks after. Family sucks sometimes. She is lucky to have you to help her.
  4. Hit our goal! We rode to the gym and back. New goal for next year is to ride to Tipp, about 45 miles round trip.
  5. It is blow then hooker. This is to help keep you active while peaking. Before blow is a carb meal to prevent cramps.
  6. The more she moves the better. My mom had to sleep sitting up for the first week. She would get up and walk in the middle of the night and apply ice packs. She would walk and do exercises for 30 min every hour during the day and 15 min at night. It kept it loose.
  7. Therapy was what helped my mom the most afterwards. She still does the exercises at home to keep it loose.
  8. @jacobhawkins You scared me! As soon as it came over the radio I knew it was you. I am glad I saw you get up. Heal up, next year brings new competition....like Helmutt. Are going to watch and flag at CRP?

  10. My mom was on a nerve block + pain meds. Extreme pain lasted a week or 3.
  11. Some one needs to buy these.... They are both great bikes. The KLX has been great to me. But she needs someone who is going to ride her more.

  13. 30.2 miles today, longest ride I have taken.
  14. Ok, so yesterday I felt like I needed to move a lot... So this is what I did: 7am boot camp until 8 11 mile bike ride at 930am Hour walk at noon (2.7 miles) Mowed grass (1.4 miles) Total cal burn 1065 by 230pm. Good end to the week. With school starting I am worried about gaining.
