I don't care about thread jacking. If it gets people out to ride, who cares. I just checked the weather again and now they're calling for rain, both Saturday and Sunday. I might be screwed for either day anyways.

The Southern Ohio ride could very well be a possibility. Any others going out for that one? Habi - yeah, I never did make it back out that way. I'm being drug out to my 10 year reunion on Saturday night. I've done plenty of Sunday morning rides extremely hung over and it's just not as fun and a PITA. Highly unlikely I'll be going out on Sunday. Still going to try for Saturday, somewhere...

Hey fellas - Seein' if anyone wants to ride on Saturday the 13th. I haven't been out in a long time since life has been crazy busy. I'm itchin' to get out, like, right meow. Weather is looking good too...should be cooler than these stupid 90 degree days. I don't care where, what time or what - I just need to get out. I'll go out East or do Southern Ohio, it doesn't matter. Who's in?!?!?

I was getting pretty pissed off at this so I went and bought one of those magnets at the Pony. I got the one for $20 since they claimed more people had better luck with that one. Long story short, it doesn't work. Been stuck at several lights after mounting it. I'm not one to run red lights so I just wait until a car pulls up behind me and I wave them forward.

I've owned a 2005 R6 and now my 2007 R1 and I haven't had any issues what-so-ever. I don't know why but I've always been biased towards Yamaha. I'll always love my yammy

Wasn't this the first year for fuel injection? I was always told to stay away from that. Maybe I'm wrong but you might want to double check that.

Probably. That's what I just said in my post too. It won't matter to the cop if you "only did it for a few seconds." The fact is, your eyes aren't covered so I would assume they'd give you a ticket.

I think I've been catching huge breaks lately. With this heat, I tend to always flip up my visor when stopped at traffic lights. I usually flip it up and leave it up for a few seconds when the light turns green so I can get some wind inside my helmet to dry out the sweat, lol. I've ridden past numerous cops over the past couple days and haven't gotten pulled over.... Yet

Ha, cute. All I'm saying is that I wait for people to get to know me before I would call them a poser, but that's just me. I'm sure that rule 3 is better than QSL but for one, Quaker is literally 2 miles down the road for me. I'd rather take a 45 min ride out to rule on a night that I don't work early the next morning. Maybe one of these days...
