I usually have a huge bbq at my house that weekend for memorial day/my birthday. I'm sure a lot of other members will be attending similar events.

Ugh...white castle is nasty. The only good tiny burgers are at hamburger station. My akron area people know what I'm talking about.

I would like to get to the event on time without having to leave the house at 6am...

Yeah we aren't gonna be able to avoid the slab entirely but I like the idea of doing the bulk of the southern leg off in the boonies.

Eh... last gold wing I did I used my harbor freight bike stand. No issues...it's got a mechanical ratchet stay on it so even if the hydraulic jack fails the bike isn't going anywhere, and wings are nice and wide on the bottom so they plant pretty good on a stand and don't want to fall to one side or another.

Went there a few years ago shopping for tank bags. Cool place and while they didn't have many tank bags, they did have a great selection of moto guzzi and beamers.

I can also jet and balance carbs...I do pretty much everything.

everyone shits on a for sale thread when the price is too high. I personally love brians bike and desperately want it...but not for what he wants for it.

Yeah price is too high and the value will only go down the longer you hold onto it. I'd never give $3k plus my bandit.

I charge $50/hr for labor. It puts me under the local shops pricing and still allows me to make decent money. Fairings shouldn't be An issue as long as you can get to the bolts on the yokes. If you do have to pull the fairing it's a chore because you need to undo all the electric connections behind the headlight, and every wire in that bike runs through the headlight.

You gotta hop on it and stretch it out some time brian, it's a monster.

Wtf are you doing with your knives? the leek is a bit slim and the point is a weak spot if you beat on it, but I like to let the blade do the work... kinda like the saying 'you don't need to hit it harder, you need a bigger hHammer'.

Eh. My honda is a classic...an iconic step on the evolution of sport bikes. She may be old but she's still an awesome machine and I like having a project. I'll keep upgrading her and customizing things till I'm done and ride her like i stole her.
