Take your ass to the hardware store and buy a cheap micrometer and you can measure thickness to see if it's within limits. If you feel pulsation while braking chances are it's a bit warped. If it's severely warped you will have zero initial bite on light to moderate braking, as the warped portions of the rotor push the brake pistons back into the caliper and that new slack must be taken out before they can act on the rotor. Take it to any shop and ask them to put an indicator on your rotors and check for warp. Make sure they show you.

I've used Boston lager for brats before...huge difference vs domestic light beer. Trick my chef buddy taught me: After you pull the brats from the beer to (hopefully) brown on the grill, reduce the beer down to the consistency of warm maple syrup, then pour into the peppers and onions that you've (hopefully) been cooking in butter and reduce further. You get all the greasy goodness that escaped the brats plus a nice rich malt flavor plus butter (!) Plus the onion and pepper flavors. For the added touch, buy bakery rolls you have to split yourself, butter with real mayo and toast on the grill. You'll get a nice crisp toast on them that will handle the juices from the meat and toppings. This is the best sausage sandwich I've ever had, but it will put you in an early grave.

You can plug it yourself. Kits are $10 at autozone, plenty of youtube videos on how to do it but plugs can come out. East fix is to buy a new tire, Google 'motorcycle shops cleveland' and take it there. If you pull the wheel off and bring it to them it's usually around $25-35 to change tire and balance.

You'd have to check the kat forums and see which style valve train you have (screw and nut tappets vs shim over bucket vs dual lobe/single lobe) and see what is available. It really is a simple job. Remove tank and coils, take off valve cover, remove timing cover, rotate motor to timing mark, mark cam chain and sprocket with a paint marker, remove tensioner, remove cams and swap sprockets, time and volt in. Can do it in the frame too.

Telling you man, gsxr cams. Takes an hour to swap, really wakes the bike up.

Non issue now. He found someone to buy the bike for $200 more than he paid. Dude must be restoring one and needs a parts bike. This was going to be a precursor to a call to arms for ORDN members to apply social media pressure on roush to get the employee to refund him for the lemon bike.
