  1. Tough break Sam. Sux big time about your bike. Main thing is you walked away. That corner was tricky. I had a bit of a wow moment there myself. Just glad your okay.
  2. I talked with UP a bit on Saturday's ride and I believe that he is starting to think that your Tractor is sexy
  3. Absolutely nothing wrong with your statement. Props to you for knowing and wanting to ride whithin those parameters. You don't need a GPS. A simple map does well. Put a ride together with the parameters in your post and all is good. You will get takers. If you decide to join another posted ride and the pace a little faster than you are looking for don't worry. Like Doc says "no one gets left behind". With that said if it is posted as a spirited pace you should understand what your in for.
  4. Feel free to put one together. I am sure you will get some takers.
  5. I am just rubbing Docs Newbies. Come out and enjoy some bent roads. Season is fading fast. I had a great time following you Will. One for the books as well.
  6. Somebody has a girl friend. Na na na na na na
  7. Before I can commit to this i need to know the NinjaDoc difference between spirited and moderate pace. I went on one of your slow paced rides and was slightly confused because it seemed like we were kinda frikin flying. I think you and Uncle Punk must have gone to the same school. He tricked us----there is no nephew.
  8. Not so here. Mine is jacked also but I get by. No fun at times.
  9. It was a good ride though not quite as fast as the slow paced nephew ride a couple weeks earlier. That was understandable I guess because we only had to deal with a Chevy Beretta this time and not a Kia Sportage. Jester and I moved up 2 slots at a turn so UP you did have twin twins behind you for a while. Too bad the tractor wasn't there.
  10. Top pic,far right in red and black would be I. Props to you Dizzledan for all your effort put to this project.
  11. Congratulations on your engagement Josh!! Wish you both the best. Been wondering were you have been. Missed seeing you this year. It may take a few more buy and sells but one day you will hit on the bike that suits your style. Congrats again from the elderly gentleman.
  12. Btw... My ass is SORE. Those of you that were coming from 100+ miles away, damn... Piece a cake!!
  13. Thanks Doc for throwing this shindig together. I had a great time. Thanks to the leads and sweeps for stepping up to the task. Good to meet some new people. It sounds like some people got bit by the twisty bug. Sorry I can't help---never did find a cure. I am officially addicted to 83 and 78 thanks to Uncle Punk and thanks Tod for another fine tow. I feel like I'm 18 again when I ride like that. Hope everyone had a good time and got home safe and sound.
  14. Finally---- good for something. Good to meet you as well.
  15. 3 things that play heavily on your insurance rates----1)zip code. 2)credit rating.3)driving record. not necessarily in that order. zip code was your killer Ryan and Brian your new zip code along with a better credit rating may have helped.
  16. If you decide to purchase electrical contact cleaner do yourself a huge favor and read the can and make sure it says "Plastic Safe or Compatible" . Use the wrong stuff and the plastic that holds the shinny bits and springs will disappear and your day will suck.
  17. Nothing to be ashamed of. When it was my turn to pass he got on it hard just before I pulled out. I was getting past him but was running out of real estate fast so I backed out and let him go. That thing was hauling. I know my bike is no rocket but passing a KIA.
  18. Thanks all for a truly great day. The old Super Hawk and the old fart riding it got good work out for sure. Thanks Tod and Pauly for towing us around. End up with 410 miles.
  19. Gonna give this a shot. Millersburg. If I miss meet time my bad.
  20. Wife is an agent and said that most companies are taking rate increases. Everything we have went up a little.
  21. That was awesome. Best night sky that I have seen was camping at Blackwater Falls SP in West Virginia. It was no were near that intense though.
  22. "Moderate-Spirited". I see. I'm in. If ya need me I'll be in the garage mounting up a set of slicks.
