  1. Probably next 2 weeks, as long as no curveball's show up. But I will need to get it on a dyno asap. I found a place near me called Dillon Speed Specialist. He quoted me $125.00 to tune it.
  2. Found out my head had at least one cracked valve guide. So I order'd a used one from a seller in AZ. Also found out I need what is called a piston jet? Not for sure what it does, but looks like it's a oilier for the piston, if so why isn't there one on each side of the case? Part should be getting here soon. Then I have to get it and the newly used head back down south. Recently the motor was removed from frame. Case split, cleaned, crank removed. And the new +3mm Hot Rod stroker installed and case back together, awaiting the jet, and head assemble. I know valve guides can be replaced, but my head also lbts, So instead of buying all new guides for $30.00 each, I just purchased the used one for $150.00 +freight. It included the valve cover, rockers, springs, valves, CP piston, new wrist pin and new top end gasket kit!
  3. Great, I'm glad it worked out, And I can't wait for my younger kids to become old enough to follow on the trails.
  4. Yes I have digital pdf format service manual. And yes plastic and top.end removed. sent using tappetalk!
  5. My video above is the little bridge by the water falls. But yea those new bridges are hudge, idk if over 5' or not though....?sent using tappetalk!
  6. Things seam to be on a d/hill slope on my rebuild. If it comes down to it I'm wondering what kinda price you'd charge to rebuild my Trx700xx? Seams the Ky. dude is still on a search for valves???

  8. My quad at 50 1/2" was rubbing the old style bridges at Wayne. A few times I would just roll one side on the top rail. But really slows you down when you come to the bridges. I personally can't see a RzR S at Wayne. The Rangers could spot it a mile away. And my Cousin says they wont fit in a 5ft trailer, He said his is just a touch over 60"???
  9. 2 are cheap oem plugs, for plug checks. And the laser platinum one is the keeper, for after its tuned. How many would you recommend, for testing lean or rich conditions after a rebuild? Received the stroker today, thanks Mike! sent using tappetalk!
  10. PARTS! Parts are.starting to show up finally! Cylinder $241.69Piston $139.00Cam. $133.74Oil. $23.64Plugs. $22.53Filters. $7.00 And definitely adding up the repair bill!
  11. Trip to Ten Mile Mud Bogs West Virginia This is footage of the 20-30 mile trip to the mud bogs on Memorial day weekend, minus the part where I blew the trx700 up.
  12. Looking at the end of my pipe, it appeared to be running rich. The plug looked mostly tan, but did have a small spot that looked white! This quad is supposed to be set up fairly lean from the factory, to pass emission test. But plug was installed after pipe and programmer. sent using tappetalk!
  13. Stock motor, full exhaust, power commander 5. Running recommended map. And yes fuel injectors. sent using tappetalk!
  14. Everything I know is in post #5 of this thread. Last couple times I rode it, I thought it was down on power. It still sounded and ran good, I just found myself needing 4th gear where usually 3rd was plenty. I suspected something but brushed it off, thinking the quad was just handling better with the upgraded suspension and A-Arm bushings. Now I'd suspect a hairline cracked piston, possibly from pulling and towing other quads idk. But it wasn't smoking, burning or leaking any oil. Someone else mentioned low octane fuel, but I know you wont buy into that...
  15. It's $10.00 per mile! You missed the ultra fine print, in the disclaimer message,
  16. 700xx forum idt there's any strokers yet. I ask a site sponsor from there. He's the one that said I should change the crank. But has yet to answer my question about the stock head parts, mixing with a +3mm crank. sent using tappetalk!
  17. Ten Mile Mud Bogs WV This is from Memorial Day weekend 2014. I will add the video of the ride to and from later. Some of you may know, on the way there I blew my Trx700 4 miles into the trip. Atleast I was close to the truck and trailer, and on the road not the middle of woods. Anyways enjoy the mud bogs...
  18. Humm and from both manufacturers of the Cam and crank, they say they're both direct (bolt and go)? There probably just trying to sell there product! And the piston is the same size bore, but compression is slightly larger. Wiseco only offers the 10.5:1 while CP pistons have the 10,11, & 12:1
  19. According to HotRods (just bolt in and go) I was wanting conformation from someone with experience, before I order. Plus my crank may be okay. But some have said with the damage my motor took, they would replace it anyway. sent using tappetalk!
  20. Okay it seams boring the cylinder my be more.of a headache than it's worth. COE told me $60-70 and atleast 2 weeks! Performance Research said they'd need to see it, and then make sure they have a jig to hold it. So I ordered the stock bore today from RidersDiscount. Would a +3mm crank be okay with stock valves, springs, and rockers? sent using tappetalk!
  21. Welcome to OR! sent using tappetalk!
  22. Sounds deep, I have a stage 3 hot cam on the way. sent using tappetalk!
  23. Just got a killer price on a Wiseco Piston from Mike @ Ridersdiscount. And a decent price on the +3mm Stroker crank. I will most likely order them both Monday after I confirm with a shop I can get the cylinder bored for a decent price and time frame. Anyone know if it's necessary to add larger valves if boring the cylinder?
