I dont know about the reliability of the 3. But it looks like a car that will hold the kids with room and allow you to still have some fun with it. My Mazda MX6 was a fun and reliable car, and that was a 93. Forresters are just ugly IMO.

I would think that a Mazdaspeed 3 could fit in that budget. No need to get a mini van just because of 2 kids. Plenty of fun sedans and wagons that will fit the bill and you wont have to trade in your testicles.

2wd truck just dont make since to me.

Stay where your at unless theres a possibility to transfer back to your old job if you dont like the new one. If you can do that then go for it.

How does this sound. Pay off the my truck now (have payments through Jan), then post it for sale now on craigslist, etc. That way i have 3 mths to sell it before i get home in Sept, and i can use the sale money as a big down payment on a newer truck/suv. Does this sound smart?

Started browsing through some sport bikes and was wondering how many miles is too many. Was looking in the $7500 and under price range which had miles from as low as 3k up to as high as 20k. I dont know what kind of miles bikes are able to handle before needing some major work done so figured i would ask here.

Is it better to sell your vehicle and use the cash as a big down payment on a newer auto, or trade my car in to a dealer plus get a loan for the rest of the amount of the new auto? I have an 01 Ford Ranger Edge, 4.0v6, 4x4, 67k miles, reg cab. I need to upgrade when i return, to something with 4 doors since we got a kid now. Was thinking full size 4 door truck or maybe a 4 door Jeep Wrangler. Price being under 20k. Just wondering what the better route would be either selling or trading in the ranger. Was thinking if i sold it i could get 6-7500 for it, but thats just guessing.

I could honestly care a less if theres no special touch ups or writing on any of the pics. We saved money where we could and were plenty happy with our results. So for any one that got butt hurt about my opinion. Sorry, just my honest opinion.

Sorry, but i just dont see the point in paying that much for pics. Maybe it was because our Aunt had a nice camera and everything came out fine for us, but paying someone thousands+ dollars to point and click is a waste to me. Not trying to down grade anyones careers here, but wedding pics arent difficult, point and click at the bride, groom, bridal party, cake and dances. Not saying photography isnt hard else where, but at a wedding its pretty cut and dry.

Tell your sis to save the money on a Photographer. Its a waste of money IMO to pay someone a ridiculous amount of money to do what anyone with a decent camera can do. My wifes aunt had a pretty nice camera and was more than happy to snap all that we wanted for no charge. Just saying. As for a DJ, Mastermix DJ is who did our wedding. The main guy is an older man that lives in Canal. Awesome guy that walks you through everything and i mean everything. Couldnt beat his price either. Realy works up deals for you. Starts at $800 but he worked down to $400 for us. Hope it helps.

I went racing in an Up-armored Suburban against our other Up-armored Suburban on an ANA Base and also tried my hand at drifting in it (dont work so well). Then we almost rolled our MaxPro heading out to the range (i was gunning with out the gunners restraint on so needless to say my butt hole puckered up pretty tight). And my Ranger has been sitting in the Garage since August.

Im an E-4, 68W (combat medic) in the OH Army National Guard currently in Afghan. Im probably not the guy to talk to if you want someone to hype up the Army/Guard. My experiences have been a let down minus BCT/AIT. I was really dissapointed with our Drill weekends "training" or lack there of. Then i volunteered to come over here for what was going to be a good mission, only to have that cancled the day before we got into country and now we got the shaft on our mission. I come home in 4ish more mths then im out next March, so maybe then ill say i had some good times, but as of now, not so much. Sorry to be the buzz kill. Congrats on it though and im sure itll be different if your Active duty.

I just realized i said Bullit when i meant to say Mach 1. Thats why the earlier comment about only being available in 01 sounded wierd. Thanks for pointing that out.
