  1. Not sure if this should go here or the funny pictures thread.
  2. I used 3/4" treated for my deck and still fold it up. It doesn't go exactly together but i have eye bolts going through it anyways that would prevent a complete fold. But every time i use the trailer, i put the bolts through the frame to connect the folding part to the main frame. Takes an extra 5 minutes but you can't tell that it's a folding trailer. I also put sides on it too that probably help too.
  3. Took the damper off to rebuild. The oil (what was left of it) was really dirty discolored. Well overdue and can't wait to see how it feels next year. Should be much more smooth and uniform.
  4. Trailer for sure. Only maintenance on them is keeping the wheel bearings packed with grease. Harbor freight sells nice folding trailers. I store mine behind the car to keep it out of the elements. Keeps the rust down.
  5. Will have to give it a try. I'm always looking for a good hotdog place. So far nothing has compared to the Hot Dogge Shoppe back home in Warren. Their hotdogs are still like a dollar too! Hotdog heaven was pretty good while it lasted in Avon.
  6. Do i get a handicap parking spot with my IVF?
  7. Wow. So sad to hear this. I was hoping to get to ride with him next year at Mid-O. My thoughts to his family and friends.
  8. Actually made it through to the 'buy now' page for world series tickets 5 minutes after it opened to general public. Everything less than $500/ticket sold out. Yet Stubhub is selling almost 2,000 tickets already at 10x face value. Pretty sure all tickets were pre-sold to brokers and scalpers.
  9. You go to installed programs and uninstall. Then install IE10. They already had IE10 install located on a public drive. It's something any IT personal should be able to do. I would fire that guy if i could. He is obviously useless to the company.
  10. If you had a competent IT department. I don't have admin rights so i couldn't just uninstall IE11 myself. I put a ticket in to get downgraded. IT was remoted in for 25 minutes just clicking around trying to figure out how to uninstall IE11. Rebooted twice. Complete joke. IT#1 then had IT#2 remote in as well to show IT#1 how to do it. Another 30 minutes later i have IE10 back and Creo is working as it should. I wish they would just give me admin rights. This company is so full of useless brain-dead idiots that I'm surprised we stay in business.
  11. Our IT department just did a mass windows update and now all of the engineers 3D software doesn't work. It upgraded to IE11 in the update and the software doesn't like it. Can't get into our workspace inside the program. NICE!
  12. I love my HF trailer! I keep it folded up in the garage when not in use to help prevent rust. I bought plastic fenders to replace the metal ones. There are numerous reports of the fenders flying off going down the highway due to bracket fatigue. I also bought better wheels rated for 65mph. The ones that come with the trailer are rated for 55. I blew one of the original tires that was only 2 years old. Most likely due to me pulling onto the side of the road to readjust straps about an hour earlier but speed probably didn't help. I repack the bearings every spring.
  13. If you come pick it up, you can have it for free. If you're feeling generous, a 6-pack of Fatheads Sunshine Daydream. I'm located in North Olmsted. If i need to mail it, it'll be whatever it cost for box/materials/shipping plus like $5.
  14. Do you need/want the rear fender/license plate holder? I still have that from my old 250. It's just taking up space.
  15. We never cut down a live tree. We barely cut down dead trees. There is usually plenty of firewood laying about in the woods. This was just two idiots having fun until it wasn't. There was always a few bad apples that didn't listen no matter what you would tell them.
  16. It's far from you but i would not recommend Northern Ohio Ducati. First issue was i had them quote changing tires and they told me $40/each. I had the bike in for the R/R recall already so i said go ahead. Once it was done they charged me $80/each cause the wheels were on the bike. They also charged me to resafety wire the wheels back on which i never asked for. They basically said o-well, pay up. I had them to the R/R recall on both my bikes. The track bike has no key, just thumb switch. They helped push the bike onto the trailer so i never started it at the dealership. That was my mistake. When i got home, flipped the switch to start and nothing. No dash lights, no fuel pump, nothing. Took awhile to find out the main line fuse was blown. Not sure how they blew it. But that means they never started after the R/R switch or somehow blew it after the new R/R was in. Either way, someone knew it wouldn't start. Probably why they were so happy to help me push it onto the trailer. I called back once i was home and since i already left the dealership it was my problem. I switched the fuse and started right up so i just left it at that and decided they will no longer get my business. Not worth fighting over it since it was a recall. No money out my pocket other than a fuse.
  17. The scouts are definitely in the wrong. At age 14 and 17, they should have known better. The leaders should have been supervising but depending on troop size, they had no idea what was going on. My old troop at one time had 30+ scouts. The leaders probably sent a handful out to get firewood while others set up camp, created a fire pit, unloaded gear, get dinner ready, etc. Can't keep an eye on everyone at all times. We did stupid shit in scouts all the time but usually in a safe-ish manner.
  18. Same here. I just have no one to show me the ropes and/or the required gear. Once we move next yearish to a place with more land, i plan on getting a bow again and start target shooting. Doubt I'll be allowed to shot guns though where we end up. :Sad Panda:
  19. I really appreciate it! I'll give it a try one night this week.
  20. Windows 7. Didn't know it was an option to use Windows to do it. Sounds perfect. I'm starting with two new HDDs so that is not an issue. Once they are linked, i'll transfer everything over from the old/full HDD. Then wipe clean the old HDD and use it for pron.
  21. I guess my question is how do you set up the HDDs to be in RAID 1. From what i read, you set the BIOS to do the RAID1 and that would use the OS HDD as HDD1 of the RAID.
  22. I want to set up a redundancy program on my computer. Easiest way is to set up a RAID 1. But that is if you have one hard drive running the OS and storing all files. I use a SSD for my OP and programs. All my files (movies, music, photos, etc..) are on a HDD. I've done some basic searching and can't find what i'm looking for. Maybe my search skills just suck. But i would like to do either of these two things: 1. Set up HDD2 to be a RAID1 version of both the SSD and HDD1 2. Have HDD2 be RAID1 with HDD1 and ignore the SSD. Option 2 will most likely be the easiest solution. I don't keep much on the SSD so it wouldn't really matter to me either way. Would just save time in reinstalling programs. But does anyone have experience in doing this. I'd rather not just copy and paste data from HDD1 to HDD2 on a weekly/monthly basis as the backup. Thanks for the help.

    Holy crap

I don't understand how that was even possible. Those guys are crazy. The speed through the woods is just insane. Instant death if you misjudge the littlest bit.
  24. That wall is pretty sweet. Would love to be able to see that. But I tried diving in a swimming pool once and it just wasn't for me. Just couldn't get used to the breathing. And the idea of not being able to stand up or just swim up in one breath freaked me out.
  25. Boo.... I know. It's a track bike and i'm out of track days. Might as well do it while it's still nice out.
