Can't wait till it gets here but i got a long way to go still.
  3. Love the paint job. Did you paint it yourself?
  4. I would love to see the numbers at Riders by the end of the year. How many policies they have lost and if the increased prices make up for the lost revenue.
  5. Got my new Riders insurance price. Went from $174/year to over $450/year. So far the cheapest i've found was esurance at $300 followed by State Farm at $330. I have my car/home insurance through them so i will probably go with them. Maybe it'll bring my car insurance down a little more.
  6. Just got the letter that my bike was reclassified and to expect an adjustment to my premium. But they have yet to send me the bill. Like most others, i will be shopping around once it arrives. I've been paying $174/year for full coverage on the 675 up until this point.
  7. That trailer is built to haul canoes. That's why the tongue is so long. Canoe can be 18' long so that's an extra 5' toward the vehicle from the front of the trailer. With that said, i would never haul anything other than canoes on that trailer unless you cut the tongue down.
  8. I asked Sportbiketrackgear about their Pirellis being out of stock and this is their response. "we do not currently have an exact date when these will be available. Right now I know that we are between 2-3 weeks out before we will have them."
  9. They are out of stock of the SC's. Not sure when they will get more. Yea. I found that to be extremely odd. That's what i wanted to hear. For my skill level, almost anything would probably be good. So far i found the pricing to be about the same for the SCs or Pros.
  10. Thanks for the info. For whatever reason i forgot Todd sold tires.
  11. I ran the street Supercorsa SP V2 last year and liked them. So i will be sticking with Pirelli this year. I am having a hard time finding a place that sells their track tires. It's a track only bike so i don't need anything DOT. Two part question. 1. Does anyone know a Pirelli distributor that sells the track/race tires? Supercorsa SC / Superbike Pro 2. Has anyone ran both the Supercorsa SC and Superbike Pro? Whats your thoughts on the two? I've read both good and bad reviews of the Superbike Pro's. I'm looking for opinions from people that may have ran one or both. If i can't find a dealer, i might just run the SP's again this year. Thanks.

Love the color combo's. I still need to get my new fairings painted for this year.

I usually just ride by myself cause of that reason. I tried riding with others and all they want to do is go 100 mph no matter how they do it. Just saw a fb post the other day "we race every night in the summer, you need to ride with us". I rather keep my bike and license let alone my health. I'm in North Olmsted if you ever want to ride or follow down to Mid-O. I'll prob be getting paddocks this year too and have some free space.

I'll be going to as many Mid O days as i can this year. Made it to 4 last year. Planning on the April date if the weather is nice.
  15. Nope. I bought a new set of Armour Bodies from Ridersdiscount. The wheels on my bike are already the graphite color. I'd like to get another set to powdercoat yellow and see how much of a pain it would be to keep clean. Is your friend a body work guy or just a painter? If he does body work, give me his info and i'll see what he can do. Thanks.
  16. I picked up a wrecked tank for practically nothing. It has a good size dent and two very small holes from what i expect to be failed slid hammer attempts to pull it out. I also got a set of new Armor Bodies track fairings. Anyone have suggestions around the North Olmsted/Cleveland area that can pull the dent, weld up the holes, etc. and paint everything? It's for the track so i don't need perfection but still something nice. If i could pull the dent myself, i'd paint it myself. But might as well have them do it all if they will already be doing the body work. Thanks for any input! Attached are pics of the tank and the color scheme i want. Probably stick with dark grey/black wheels.
  17. Track model still doesn't have a belly pan. Not sure what demographic they are trying to reach with it but it won't be allowed on any track looking like that.
  18. Didn't see this posted anywhere yet. Enjoy! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vAo0LWQFxdE
  19. I know the Daytona 675's do. I did a lot of research before i got mine. 123hp from 2006-09 and 124hp from 2010+ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Triumph_Daytona_675#Specifications
  20. Intermediate 9-9:20 Advance 9:20-9:40 Novice 9:40-10 Rinse. Repeat for each hour.
  21. Weather is looking better for tomorrow. I'll hopefully be making the trip. Checking with the boss about taking tomorrow off now.
  22. I got a set made from a local hearing aid place. $80. They took two molds of my ears and sent them out to get made. Took about a week to come in. I used them at one trackday so far. I am pleased. They performed better than the foam ones for me and i didn't have ringing in my ears afterwards. But i could still notice some 'noise' in my ears once the day was done though. But this is mostly from my exhaust. When i was using my street bike on the track, i didn't have much issue. The track bike has full arrow exhaust without baffles, it's freaking loud.
  23. Haha. Nice. I had to watch the video a second time to catch it moving across the track. I was waiting for the bike to start rolling backwards or something when you walked off.
