  1. Well for us out of shape people, in the dark with flip flops, it's tough.
  2. Riding down of course. Heads up to anyone who has never stayed in the lodge, it's a long walk from the cabins to the lodge.
  3. Yeah, the best part of 555, the southern end.
  4. Hard to beat SEO, I am the same way. I am 10 minutes from amazing roads from home or work.
  5. I had friend's with "advice" like that too. But then I realized their idea of a ride is 30 mile round trip for ice cream. I put more miles on my bike in a weekend than they have all summer.
  6. That works for me. I don't have reservations yet.
  7. I've watched both nights, and really enjoyed it. A very well put together show.
  8. Just got my windshield installed. Not bad for a Genuine Yamaha Touring Shield for $35 on ebay.
  9. It's always nice to hear about someone getting their first bike. I always recommend BRC first thing, makes the endorsement hassle much easier, plus it helps new riders in the right direction.
  10. Surprisingly, I have been experiencing the opposite recently. I have had cars and bikes pull over or wave me around them several times in the last couple weeks. I always give a courtesy wave back and give them plenty of room.
  11. Picked up a new daily driver. 2014 Honda Accord
  12. So I've been wanting to make this trip all summer and yesterday I finally got to do it. @thompsonian, his uncle, and I all left yesterday morning from Parkersburg to make an epic one day loop through some West Virginia mountains.Weather was perfect, low traffic, and no phone signal. Couldn't ask for more. My total mileage for the trip was 427 miles, but they were awesome miles. Here are some pics from the trip.
  13. I work Saturday morning as well, but maybe I'll run into you guys since that's close to my neck of the woods.
  14. I sure miss my F4i. Mine was an 01 with 30k miles, and was due for a cam chain tensioner when I sold it. Great bike, more comfortable ergos than an RR IMO. Height issues never bothered me, 30 inch inseam, you get used to it.
  15. Submitted my time off request, boss said no problem. Anyone looking to split rooms?
  16. Also cannon balls are frowned upon on diving...
  17. How did we ever work without Teamviewer and RDP?
