MkIV VW's are one of the easiest out there to do suspension work on, especially the rear coils/shocks. With a lift you can knock one out in ~ an hour if everthing goes right. I've had several GTI's/Jetta's, my current daily driver is a TDI Jetta lowered on Bilsteins and H&R Sports. Back to the build thread, great looking 240!

The museum makes for a great/cheap family day out. My son loves it.

A park in Harrison (Cincy). Ended up working out nicely for pics.

Damn, now it's a repost. Mark posted his at the same time and I can't delete mine.

These were taken by Mark (1FYNZX) All of the pics are available here, some great scenic/motion shots: http://www.twinturbo.net/nissan/300zx/forums/general/view/2317366/More-taken-by-1FYNZX.html My pics are posted here: http://www.twinturbo.net/net/viewmsg.aspx?forum=general&msg_id=2317343 Mine http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i169/1fynzx/IMG_7176.jpg http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i169/1fynzx/IMG_7186.jpg Mike's http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i169/1fynzx/IMG_7197.jpg Mark's http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i169/1fynzx/IMG_7238.jpg

Add injectors to your list of upgrades and keep in mind that the 90-94 Twin Turbo injectors are extremely problematic and prone to failure. This can be corrected by upgrading to the 95+ injectors with adapters or new fuel rails, budget accordingly or better yet, just shop for a 95 Z. As everyone else has stated, TwinTurbo.net is the ultimate resource for the Z32. The tech and faq pages offer tons of info. Tim

Taken at a cheap ass hotel in Pigeon Forge, TN the night we picked the pup up for our son: http://cincyz.com/SilverTwin/Diesel/IMG_9716.JPG More recent: http://cincyz.com/SilverTwin/Jordie%20%26%20Diesel/P10004680.JPG

I have the Kenwood KVT-512, all it required was to ground the wire that should run to the parking brake. Google DDX514 bypass and you should find tons of hits on the best way to do it.

Nice, love the color. A solid detail will really make it stand out.

JB Weld and a little Engine Restore and it'll be as good as new.

Congrats! Great news that both Mom and baby are healthy. Our son was a c-section delivery as well, scary but it is amazing how quickly it all happens.

Had one for three years, loved the torque but just had an unstable feel on corner entry and exit. The sound and torque were awesome. Fuel injected but still very cold natured. Pic for the TL fans.... http://www.cincyz.com/SilverTwin/TL1000R/FullSideView.JPG

Yes, they are t-tops. I couldn't find any pics of mine with the tops out but here's another to show how they look with the tops out: http://img21.imageshack.us/img21/315/dscf1255.jpg

Thanks. No need to change the master cylinder; the Stoptech's are vehicle specific so the brake bias is set for a stock master cylinder and no addional proportioning valving is needed.
-
It's like anything else; it's really not that bad when it's what you are familiar with. I would actually rather work on a Z32 over most other cars since I've been around them so long. Once you get rid of a lot of the vacuum lines and emissions crap it opens up some room http://www.cincyz.com/SilverTwin/May%2008%20Z/Engine.JPG

A friend of mine decided to go a different direction with braking, most likely the 14" StopTech's so I picked up the rear 13" StopTechs that he has been running. These should work out nicely with my existing front StopTech's. Stock braking on the 90-96 Z's is a huge weakness; I shouldn't have any concerns now. The freshly installed rear StopTechs http://cincyz.com/SilverTwin/Z%20Pics%20Resized/RearStopTech.JPG http://cincyz.com/SilverTwin/Z%20Pics%20Resized/Rear.JPG And the previously installed fronts http://cincyz.com/SilverTwin/Z%20Pics%20Resized/IMG_2748resized.JPG http://cincyz.com/SilverTwin/Z%20Pics%20Resized/Front%20Angle.JPG And a few overall shots just for the fun of it http://cincyz.com/SilverTwin/Z%20Pics%20Resized/IMG_2735resized.JPG http://cincyz.com/SilverTwin/Z%20Pics%20Resized/IMG_2740resized.JPG http://cincyz.com/SilverTwin/Z%20Pics%20Resized/IMG_2742resized.JPG http://cincyz.com/SilverTwin/Z%20Pics%20Resized/IMG_2744resized.JPG

Stoner's Invisible Glass works well for me. Great for removing greasy fingerprints from the couplers.

I'll be there with the Columbus Z.R.O.C. group. This is a great show and the turn out is incredible.

We've got a EOS Digital Rebel (DS6041/300D) that I'll make you a good deal on since my wife moved up to a 30D. We bought it new so we should still have the box and manuals. $275 with the kit lens and camera bag. You are welcome to check it out to see if it would fit your needs.
