  1. Nice pics, FD's are one of my favorite body styles. Looks really clean.
  2. Congrats, treasure every moment with her!
  3. Apparently fart cans are universal for all things Honda.......... http://dayton.craigslist.org/mcy/1185255601.html http://images.craigslist.org/3m83o93pdZZZZZZZZZ95n0356f64071b4182e.jpg http://images.craigslist.org/3k13md3pdZZZZZZZZZ95nb20937b9e7661640.jpg
  4. I agree on the pricing of the name brands; I was about to do the same with a 90 cc from a local chinese importer when I found the little 50cc Suzuki on Craigslist. The nice thing about the name brands is if you buy them right, you can typically get nearly all of your money back once the kid is ready to move up to something bigger. It's hard to justify buying a new namebrand when the depreciation will be more than you can buy one of the chinese imports for. My boy now has this, a go-cart and a KTM 50 mini-adventure. He's taken little interest in the KTM after wiping out on it a couple of times. I'm fortunate to have a friends farm about 5 minutes from me that we can take him to ride at. He even built a small oval track for the kids to ride on.
  5. Great picture, it's a blast to watch them ride at that age. We just picked this up for our son a couple of weeks ago; can't keep him off of it: http://www.photodump.org/stored28/JordiesQuadMaster50.JPG
  6. Your pics always amaze, nicely done.
  7. My brother's '69.........fully built it himself, including the motor, chassis, body and paint. Almost a 5 year project. http://www.cincyz.com/SilverTwin/69%20Camaro/IMG_9892Resized.JPG http://www.cincyz.com/SilverTwin/69%20Camaro/IMG_9894Resized.JPG http://www.cincyz.com/SilverTwin/69%20Camaro/IMG_9891Resized.JPG
  8. Went from 3 to one in the last year, had two Alaskan Malamute's and one Valley Bulldog. Lost both of the Malamutes to age, one at 14 and one at 12. Great dogs. Here's the Valley Bulldog doing what she does best..........sleeping http://silvertwin.fh50.com/Diesel.JPG
  9. I think I remember that car from back in the day, who was the original owner? Bruce Gould had a huge following in the Wilmington/Hillsboro area. Welcome to the site.
  10. Sounds good, so what were the numbers, boost, a/f etc?? Was this just for baseline runs since you state you are still waiting to tune?
  11. Thanks. I'm due for another photo shoot since I just brought it back out for the spring. I may hit you up for some pointers, I have a good camera but I know a nice camera doesn't make a good photographer.
  12. Looks great, I'm normally not a fan of 20's but your car pulls it off nicely.
  13. I don't have any close-ups of it but here's mine. It's a Navan which was a dealer installed option on the '99 Z32's in Japan, semi-rare item here. http://www.cincyz.com/SilverTwin/May%2008%20Z/Pass%20Seat.JPG
  14. Sorry to hear. I've had a couple of Wranglers with 1/2 doors and hated them, I would hold out for full doors.
  15. Great cause, just helped a couple of co-workers with this last week. They both did decent, one raised $470 and the other raised $380. Good luck!
  16. Yep, great group and they put together some awesome driving events.
  17. My condolences to you and your family. Tim
  18. Couldn't agree more, sounds like they are just adjusting and testing their boundries with each other. Agression typically shows up very quickly if there's an issue.
  19. There was a post a couple of weeks ago talking about how/if our kids share our interest in cars/motorsports so I thought I would share some pics of my son and his love for anything with a motor. I have tried to keep him involved in just about anything I do in the garage, here's a few examples: His fascination with driving started with his first PowerWheels Bug followed by a Lightening McQueen and Gravedigger PowerWheels. http://www.cincyz.com/SilverTwin/Jordan%20Hosted/JordanBug.JPG Him 'helping' with the suspension installation on Aesthetic Influx's Z http://www.cincyz.com/SilverTwin/New%20Z%20Mechanic/Jordie2.JPG The boy absolutely loves tools http://www.cincyz.com/SilverTwin/New%20Z%20Mechanic/Jordie4.JPG His first ride in the Z once he was old enough for a booster seat http://www.cincyz.com/SilverTwin/Jordie_Z/IMG_7455resized.JPG Helping clean the Z, one of his favorite things to do http://www.cincyz.com/SilverTwin/New%20Folder/IMG_5183resized.JPG Then the real fun began http://www.cincyz.com/SilverTwin/Jordie And he got to ride his KTM Mini Adventure for the first time today All suited up and ready to go http://www.cincyz.com/SilverTwin/Jordie We'll get rid of the training wheels quickly once he get's a bit of seat time http://www.cincyz.com/SilverTwin/Jordie I think he likes it http://www.cincyz.com/SilverTwin/Jordie The smile says it all http://www.cincyz.com/SilverTwin/Jordie
  20. My son loves just about anything car/motor/race related, especially helping out in the garage. We bought him a 50cc go-cart back in August for his 5th birthday and we just picked up a KTM 50 for him. He is really wanting to get into some type of racing, we have been considering quarter midgets but not sure we have the time or funds to commit to it. It all started with him at about the age of 2-3 with monster trucks and has just went out of control from there. He started out in Power Wheels but got bored with them quickly.
  21. This will be a real hit later in life as well......... http://3432.voxcdn.com/_images/articles/2009/01/29/nicetat.jpg

    omg want

Very possible, that one is on ebay right now and listed at #49 of 50 produced. I browsed the KTM site for a few but there wasn't really info regarding availability.

Mmmmm, KTM......... Here's another KTM that I would give body parts for: #49 of 50 produced.... http://www.fators.com/pictures/RC8-04.JPG%22 http://www.fators.com/pictures/RC8-07.JPG%22
  24. A vented hood on a Z32 can be beneficial but it can also have adverse effects. Z32's are already prone to corroded harness' and a vented hood can allow water to hit directly on the the injector , cas, and ptu harness'. Not an issue if the car never sees rain. The Escort Racing hood isn't as bad as some of the cheaper versions. The VIS hood dumps water right on the top of the motor, even when just washing the car.
  25. Great pics, that first one is killer. Looks like they enjoy the snow!
