  1. Rode 330 miles to Hundred and back. Lots of big rig traffic in WV. Lots.
  2. Just tell him you're me. That will be enough.
  3. It just falls off above 55 mph.
  4. No. That car has more invested into it than your house. Cool points don't translate to KBB.
  5. You really should be nicer to me. You don't have a lot of friends.
  6. How do you get out of the car?
  7. This little light of mine... I'm gonna' let it shine... First two pics are the new LEDS, on "Low". Last pic is OEM on "Low". Pretty good upgrade and it was all plug and play. Took about 20 minutes. Next up? Suspension.
  8. Bump. First posted edited to reflect lack of back protector. I forgot that I tossed it because I use an airbag vest. If I find another lying around, I will update the post.. otherwise it is sans original back protector.
  9. The other evening I installed a new windscreen (only one of a half dozen if history tells us anything). The vent is on the way. I also added some stack to the brake pedal so it doesn't feel as foreign. It made a positive difference. Today, my cousin swung by to visit and we opted to install the LED driving lights while consuming fermented beverages. I am a fan of the LEDs and will be updating the headlight next.
  10. That's a naked GoldWing and you know it.
  11. wtafff? (what the actual fucking fuckity fuck?!) is more like it.
  12. Rode it to dinner. Wish it was Friday.
  13. Basically, Honduh over-engineered shit to the point of lunacy on these bikes. If I had the energy to strip it down and separate the brake system, I would. It's just easier to push the rear brake pedal every time I want the front brakes to function.
  14. Page 123 of your Owner Manual states the front lever operates the front brakes and a portion of the rear. The rear pedal operates the rear and a portion of the front.
  15. They looked fine, which is why I didn't bother inspecting them before ordering a new set. Timing belts deteriorate from the inside and you can't see the threads to inspect them. Peace of mind cost me $50 and two hours of getting to know the bike. Money well spent. Jim and I rode to lunch today and went through the valley. It handles alright for a big bike and I figured out the "weak" brake issue. There is nothing wrong with the bike. I just misunderstood "integrated brakes" for "linked brakes". The front lever only pressurizes the right front caliper. The rear brake pedal pressurizes the front left caliper and rear caliper. I just have to get used to using the rear brake.
  16. I was referring to the wheel valve stem for Rick's amusement, but yes.. I have a brake bleeder up top.
  17. I mean, not funny... but also hilarious.
