Other than the parts I mentioned, I haven't done anything else to it.

1999 Ford Contour SVT. 97K miles, very good condition. This is a rare car with very low miles for a 1999. New brakes, fuel pump, wheel bearings, power antenna, and starter. Tires are in really good shape, too. Runs perfect, gets 27-30 MPG. Only modification is a cold air intake. Typical scuffs and small scratches for a car of this age, but still really nice to look at. The only real issue is a repaired paint chip on the roof, I did include a picture of that. Pics are located here. Asking $3700.

Brinkmann 4 burner gas grill. It works fine, but needs new diffusers. Some of the supports that hold the diffusers have fallen off, so those would need repaired as well. Really cheap for a working grill that needs a couple of parts. Asking $30.

2024 is going to be better here in Central Ohio, as long as it isn't cloudy, of course. Here is a good site for the 2024 Eclipse. Just hang on to your glasses so you don't have the same issue finding them in 7 years...

There are a ton of lakes in southern Michigan that are smaller and have some decent priced houses. But that might stretch your drive time to 3.5 hours.
