Every doctor's office I have ever been too (including a chiropractor), required me to pay my insurance co-pay BEFORE I obtained their services. Though my insurance didn't require a co-pay for the chiropractor...they just covered 100% of it!

What's the point of having insurance if you get in an accident and won't use it? Let's say it is 3k to fix the car. Let's say your rate goes up $75/month = $900/year. Most would agree that is a very steep hike, and if your rate were to go up at all, it probably wouldn't go up that much. After 3 years, that's $2700...still less than what you would pay out of pocket. Most insurance companies (at least any I would ever deal with) only go back 3 years...after that, you are good to go. Who cares if you have been with them for 4 days/months/years? You are just a number to them, like every other person.

Commerical free Sirus music + DVR for the TV = I rarely know what is being advertised. If watching live TV (usually football), commercials are the time to take a leak and get another beer. Or 3.

TTT. Only one Envision monitor left...sold one today. I will soon have a PC up for grabs too, once I get all the software I need transfered over: P4 2.8GHz, PNY GeForce 6200 dual output video card (with both VGA and DVR and 256mb onboard memory), 1.5GB Ram, 120GB hard drive, hacked Vista Ultimate, Nero 7.9, and Office 2007 will be left on it as well. Will start new thread when available.

I only had 3 (one of the top ones never developed). Top one was cake; not a big deal at all. Both bottoms developed dry socket. I have never smoked, and did everything in the little book. I later read there is still a 25% chance of getting dry socket even if you follow all of the instructions. Nice. I remember being over at a buddy's house 5 days later, laying on his floor with an ice pack between the floor and my mouth. Then going outside when it was cool out because the cold air made my mouth feel better. Life sucked that week.

Too bad they didn't have something cooler than a regular 80's Vette. Come on, at least a Calloway or ZR1, then it is a story.
