  1. CTS-V Depends, are you looking for the ultimate off roader? Jeep Wrangler. But those aren't really cross shopped, as that is a different market. Name any other maker that makes what Land/Range Rover makes. Maybe a Land Crusier, but that's not even close. Luxury SUV's from everyone else are not as off-road oriented. But NONE of them are as big of a POS as a Land/Range Rover. And this has been a consistent trend for MANY years.
  2. Nope. It is amazing how many bad stories I have heard about 5/3rd from a lot of different sources. One of my favorites is the story from my boss. He was in the process of getting divorced. His wife was never on his account (and not authorized to do anything with it), yet she goes in and was able to withdrawl a couple thousand dollars out of his account, right from the branch.
  3. I ONLY use Sprint in Franklin County (I guess south parts for Delware county too)...they can't get reliable coverage HERE??!! I'm not talking all over the country, I am talking in fucking Columbus. There used to be full dead spots in the middle of the city - at least now it is just low signal and dropped calls. Sprint blows.
  4. You drive an Audi and a Land Rover and dare talk about reliability of American vehicles. Wow.
  5. Or Verizon could, god forbid, upgrade their network more. For having the most customers, they "should" be the cheapest, yet that's just the opposite. Please explain why my Sprint Blackberry (and my co-workers with their Sprint work phones) all drop calls on the regular. Or sketchy signal if fucking Franklin county. Or voice mails that show up days later. Don't worry, we have suffered with it for years so we are used to Sprint's exceptional service. Because Sprint is shit. I've dealt with them for about 8 years now. They are better than they were then, but so is every other cell provider. Try using Verizon down in Wayne National Forest. I go there several times a year to quad (where having a cell phone can be pretty important). Verizon = you can't even send a text. AT&T = full 3G service. It goes both ways.
  6. COGAGE True Spirit cooler. Less expensive and performs better. There isn't a better bang for the buck cooler out there. I have been very impressed with mine - even came with the bolt through kit.
  7. Pretty much all 720p TV"s will accept a 1080i input, but downconvert it to 720p. That is 100% sure a 720p TV. The light bulb is very different than the light engine that I asked about. The light engine is a very common issue with the Hitachi LCD Rear Projection TV's (there was even a class action lawsuit in the works about it), which is why I asked whether it had been replaced yet or not. You are incorrect - it is a 720p TV. Most LCD Rear Projections are.
  8. Has the light engine been replaced yet? Also, that is a 720p LCD Rear Projection TV, not 1080 as you listed.

Was rocking my generator last night, then the power came back on at 11pm.
  10. Step one: Just unhook the hose to your dehumidifier so the bucket fills up. Step two: Pour the bucket into one of those Brita water filter pitchers. Step three: Drink the exact same thing this expensive unit is providing. Nice.

  12. Why the hell does that car have hood pins?
  13. Am purchasing = doesn't own one yet.
  14. Or you can just upgrade to WOW's wireless service. PM me and I can get you the best deal for it.
  15. There is a DNS issue right now; it is being work on. Should be resolved fairly soon.
  16. Exactly the reason to own multiple cars.
  17. I considered it, but I have been able to push my 920 so far on air (with room to spare), I personally can't get over the cost/effort vs. extra speed ratio of going water.
  18. 12.8:1??!! Race gas only, or tuned for E85? Or pulling a bunch of timing N/A on 93 to drive on the street?
  19. How much did you pay for the motherboard, processor, and ram (each)?
  20. #1: If his insurance is that shitty, one would assume he isn't dishing out $300/month in premiums #2: Hospitals ALL have very affordable monthly plans, so footing that kind of bill all at once isn't a reality #3: There are other ways to get income. She is staying at home, I assume, after the baby. Get a toddler to babysit @ $100/week (seeing their mortagage rate, that is a fair assumption of the average going rate). What other expenses are you leaving out?
  21. I know exactly how much a kid costs. If you are leaving out any other expenses, then there could be the difference, but I'm not seeing the huge struggle you are mentioning.
