http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/showthread.php?t=71224 The Philips system might be a little over your budget, but will be exactly what you want. Even has an iPod dock.

I would suggest anyone who feels a business ripped them off (this is any business), should, after trying to sort the issue out with the business professionally, - File a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB - assuming they are a member) - If you have enough evidence and proof, at minimum go to small claims court over the issue. If you are spending thousands of dollars of your hard earned money, you should get what you have paid for, with any product. Example: if you purchase a new A/C unit for your home from a HVAC installer, they install it, and 2 weeks later it goes out due to a mistake in how they installed it, would you be okay paying for the repairs? A car is no different. If they busted your drywall bringing a condenser into your basement, would you not expect them to pay for the repair to your wall? If there is an issue with working on the car where doing something has the chance of breaking another part (say, taking the door panel off of a 17 year old car could result in a plastic clip breaking), then the customer should be informed that this is a posibility and that the business will not be liable for the repair. It is the customer's choice whether or not to have them proceed with the work. If you feel ripped off from something, do not ever feel that you should bend over and take it.

I have city water, but have a septic system. No option for city sewer. It's a good way to go, as you get the water you want (well water sucks), yet a lower bill because you aren't paying for sewage. Of course that savings can be lost on septic system costs.......

I have a few first-hand examples that would say otherwise. All stock, daily drivers at that.

That sucks. So are they having any new shows? My wife and I both loved that show, and have seen probably every episode.

Uncharted 2 is PS3 exclusive.

One good game for PS3? Bullshit I own 4 games for it, and enjoy them all - Resident Evil 5, Metal Gear Solid 4, Uncharted 2, and Wall-E (okay, my wife bought that one, but the game play is pretty decent). I don't give two shits about online game play, and I wouldn't call myself a gamer, but I have plenty of shitty games for other systems, so I can say I can at least spot a crappy game.

Hey I'm the worst mechanic in the world, come on in and make fun of me.

You already have the coolant drained...it only makes sense to do the water pump. Swap the tensioner as well, unless they are somehow known to not go out. -
One less minivan on the road is a good thing.

I wear Redwing Lineman boots. Warm, feet stay bone dry, great traction. Some people hate the high heel in the back and the steel shank (but it's great for ladder work) - I'm used to them and I'm not bothered at all. I can wear them all day and my feet feel fine. Hell, my last pair stayed waterproof quading all the way up until I submerged them above the top of the boot...at that point, all bets were off.

Music = good. Vocals = ouch.

Neighbor came over with the snow blower on Friday and Saturday. Hell, I was gone and my wife didn't even realize he did it on Saturday.

Bud Light house was easily the best. Chase is doing well, and is hiring.

Watched entire game in WOW HD. No breakup, no audio issues...it just worked. Clay, PM me what services you have with TW (number and types of boxes, internet speed, phone package if you have it, premiums, etc.) and I'll put together a WOW package for you.

Which episode? There were two. The first, I agree that it wasn't scientific enough. The 2nd, a calibrated fuel flow meter, doing a real world experiment, please show me REAL WORLD, documented evidence to disprove it.

Mythbusters did two different episodes on this. Your buddy is wrong. Tailgate down is the LEAST efficient, tailgate removed / taigate up / hard cover all about equal, mesh is the most efficient.

I got a much better feel for it using Bing's birds eye view. But mostly looks like a bunch of older roads with empty lots.
-
You are too far south in Blacklick. Get north of Franklin county, and the snow got a LOT deeper. My buddy didn't have his driveway plowed yesterday - it was up past the bottom of my Avalanche. No biggie in 4WD, but would have gotten stuck in 2WD. My driveway would have been the same way but a neighbor came over with his snow blower on Friday and Saturday. I actually got my company truck stuck in the driveway on Friday around 5pm.

Because it is very durable, and looks good. My wedding ring is Tungsten: http://img195.imageshack.us/img195/6789/007brodman.jpg

http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41ef4to6PhL._SS500_.jpg Fossil watch. Got it as a gift from my wife a couple years ago. It looks a lot better in person IMO, and I've gotten a lot of compliments for it, even though its just a Fossil. I'd love a more expensive, dressy watch, but I'd rather put my money to other uses, so this one does nicely.

It doesn't work that way. Let's just leave it at that.

Flagged for removal.

I haven't measured yet, but looks like we got over 1' in Powell. Hope the neigbor comes around with his snow blower again in the morning.

I don't expect them to declare an outage for every call in, but they should set up scheduled work orders until they do. So what if my service was out because the drop was cut. I would be the only one impacted. Would still be out until someone came out and replace the drop. But since no one else called in, and no service calls were generated, I would never get a service tech out unless I called and called, until they cave in and actually send one. It's an easy process - 3 calls per node, set it as an outage. Or if your service is heavy enough in an area, do 3 calls per amp. That easy, set service out work orders up until then, once declared, put those in an outage pool, once it clears, you simply contact the customers, confirm service is restored, and cancel the truck roll. But that's good customer service, something TW knows nothing about.

Sadly, I am stuck with TW service where I live. Wish I wasn't, but that's how it is. Phone, HSD, Cable go out (analog out too...all snow), all at the same time. Service out. Fine, call customer service. If you call WOW's customer service, if an outage isn't already reported for your area, a service outage work order is setup. Instead, I get some lady asking if I rebooted my boxes, and still asking after I explained twice that all services went down at the same time, and all of my analog channels on a cable straight to my TV is out...the service is dead. I had to tell her I work for her competitor, and asked if she needed me to grab my $3000 signal meter and take signal levels outside to prove my service is out. Do I get a work order? Nope. All they tell me is they marked me down as out, but can't do anything until more people call in. What, really? So if none of my neigbors call in, I could be without service for days. Sweet. My wife has to get onile for a build tonight, luckily I have my air card, as I know my TW service won't be up by then. Sadly it is Sprint service and slow as shit.
