I couldn't imagine getting married right now. Most of my friends, if not all of them went out and got married or engaged in the last year. It's like when they all turned 23-24 they felt like they had to go get married. Screw that, I'm sure most of them will be divorced by 30. I can wait.

I wish I had played mvgc more often. Working there kind of killed my passion for golf though. Only recently have I started to play again.

I really really want to build a FF Daytona Coupe. The hard part is saving the 30 grand needed to do a nice one. I've got 10k saved so far. Another 10k and I can order the kit. The last 10k will be for drivetrain and paint.

I helped my parents buy a new car two weeks ago. They've always owned Honda's. They checked out Camry's, Accord's, Altima's, Malibu's, and the Sonata. They ended up picking a Ford. Something that they thought they would never buy. It was cheaper, quieter and built just as well as the japanese cars. It also got a bit better gas mileage. The Sync system is also pretty cool.

There is a new MGM in Detroit and I only went down once in the three years I lived there(never went to the old MGM either) , but went to Vegas 3-4 times. No one I knew really went downtown either for the Casino. Atleast when you go to Vegas you make a trip out of it. When it's local it is just not as fun. Most of the people I know that actually live in Vegas don't go to the strip very often.

Obviously they had the money if they did it. It was worth it to them to get out of Ohio. But they don't sit around a bitch and moan about it. If you're not prepared to take a loss, then wait it out. I believe your FICO score will take a 200-300 point drop with a short sale or foreclosure. You may not care about your credit score now, but things change very quickly and you might need it before it your score recovers. Is your asking price what you owe on the house? And even if you do foreclose, the bank can sue you to cover the gap if they end up selling it for less than you owed. I'm willing to bet that if they found out you weren't in some kind of financial disstress and you just didn't like the neighborhood, they'd come after you.

Is this actually release by Ford or just some package that a dealership put together? 800 hp seems like a lot for just slapping a SC on a 3V. Does it have a built bottom end/drive train to support it? Does it come with the standard warranty?

It's only 4k. Do you have a 401k plan already? If not then you should start a Roth regardless of what you do with the money. By 25 you should be already saving for your retirement. Even if it's a few hundred here or there.
