If you do the HP+ they will be pretty noisy. I had Cobra brakes on my 99 GT and went from the OEM PBRs to HPS, night and day difference. Later I got the mod bug and tried the HP+ and couldn't stand the noise. Both were roughly as dusty during street use but the HP+ didn't have very good cold friction and squealed like a pig all the time. I finally went back to HPS and was happy. If you're not actually going to hit the track with this car, I'd stay away from the HP+. Also, F ceramic pads. (Carbotech excluded)

It's customary to put a fence at the boundary of your property. If it's on her property I'd say that's just what anyone would do normally without thinking. I can tell you that if I put up a fence on my land I'm not going next door to have a conference with the neighbors about what they'd like to see and how it works for their parking arrangement. Not because I'm an asshole, just that's how it is (and maybe I'm an asshole).

I could see that. If I could see people walking around every time I looked out my side or rear windows it would be weird. My house already had a privacy fence 3/4 of the way around in back and I like it, even though I get along with my neighbors just fine.

That image is waaaay small for print work unless you're shooting for something like a business card. If you need it for signage and such you will need a physically larger image.

The people suggesting using your phone are talking about an actual turn-by-turn navigation app, not just the Maps driven stuff that comes on your phone stock. I use the iPhone TomTom app and like it better than my actual Garmin GPS. Most decent aftermarket radios these days will also tether (wirelessly in many case) to your phone and support things like GPS apps, Pandora, etc. That's probably what I would do in lieu of an OEM radio that only has GPS to offer.

The CW9 is extremely hard to beat in its price range, which is at the top end or barely more than you posted.
