  1. :megusta: I take back what I said about you. Can we be Face Book Friends? http://vinceandroxanagionti.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/01/Facebook-Shutdown.jpg
  2. Ya, I didn't know that but looked it up since your link made me think about it. http://www.dineoriginalscolumbus.com/category/events/upcoming I think they do 2/year? And there is another one; restaurant week, which was july 18th most recently. http://restaurantweekcolumbus.com/ Might have to check it out tomorrow, although there is about 75% chance we end up at J.Liu again anyways (they have a killer brunch). Really the woman and my mom have most of the say in that anyways. :fuuuu: Is your RX7 White? I'm pretty sure I saw you in GV at some point in the past.... maybe this summer.... I can't really remember. Very clean car if that was you. :fuckyeah: I hope you don't have it lowered too much with those streets. Edit: J.Liu is only Sunday Brunch.
  3. I was nice and joking before, but you dumb hicks that think Buca has good food need to GTFO of this thread. Real talk; any restaurant that serves 'huge' portions, more than any person would normally eat, is charging you more than they should for your food. P.P.S. really there is nothing inherently wrong with Buca but it doesn't belong in a thread of $15+/plate discussions.
  4. Going out for brunch tomorrow, any recommendations. NW side of town preferred due to meeting my parents who live out of town that way.
  5. Can't wait for November 7th. :masturboy: I should start saving up now for how much I'd like to spend in that week on eating out. 2nd recomendation for Du Amici in this thread, I'll have to try it out even though looking at their menu nothing jumped out at me.
  6. :fa: He said $15+per plate, not crappy chain Italian food. I seriously hope I'm getting trolled here. I've not been here, but I want to since it seems like a really cool location. There is a new place at the newly renovated bicentennial park that overlooks the river. Another +evelenty for the elevator M Lemon Grass Rigsby's Kitchen (best Creme Brulee on this earth) Haiku Barcelona We should have a 'meet' at the Elevator. P.S. It's a 'burger' joint, but check out Dirty Franks.
  7. I'll be there in one of my disguise trying to find her. Which one do you all think would work the best? http://cache.gawkerassets.com/assets/images/4/2011/08/stasi.jpg
  8. It's not like a car wreck at all since plenty of people are able to not watch it.
  9. The beginning of a rally for the day? :gabe: P.S. I'm sure it will do another roller coaster loop-de-loop before the day ends.
  10. What are they calling current these days? SA10 & SA05? Or is 00 still good for some time? I have an SA00 helmet that's not been used very much; GForce open face, black in color. Not sure if I want to part with it if it's still 'current', but I haven't used this thing in years. Back in the day you could just about get away with a piece of cardboard shaped into a helmet and spray-painted at an autocross. The first one I went to I just rode along with a friend. He had a newer helmet but had this old helmet from his dad from maybe the 70s that only had half of the liner left for friends to use. It looked like it had been drug behind one of the cars on a few races, and it was still 'legal' back then. I don't think there was really a rule back then, other than to have a helmet of some sort. Not sure if they have gotten any more strict or not.
  11. Last time I knew they didn't really carry SA rated helmets, mostly (or exclusively) M rated helmets.
  12. I loved college football at a point in the past. I'm trying to find any reason to care at all and coming up empty handed.
  13. Yeah, send him a PM so the mods can read it or he can buy it out from underneath of you. :gabe:
  14. It's great to have goals and want to look good, but the really important thing is you are taking care of yourself through diet and exercise. You've probably gotten most of the benefit you are going to see from a health standpoint if you are eating good and exercising (and staying that way, not just for a 'diet').
  15. Yeah, I imagine it's perfect for the wave runner. If that forerunner is anything like my Edge they can take a beating. I just can't imagine running with one of those on my wrist. I really want a newer forerunner (they make them actual watch size now) for running to compliment my edge (bike computer style). Forrunner 410 Edge 305 Garmin makes some really cool sport/recreation specific GPS units. https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?cID=161 The dumb thing was I had a decent digital camera on me. All I had to do was hand it to him and tell him to record it, but I didn't think about it.
  16. Completely airtight plastic bag, you have to drive them at least an hour away. :gabe:
  17. Not even going to watch after those comments. There is good hip hop in Columbus. http://www.myspace.com/illogicone
  18. Very cool car... but even though they are probably talking shop prices ¥1.7 is $20k+ and ¥4.4mil is about ~$55k. That's alot of doll hairs!
  19. Maybe they decided to sue for a reasonable amount which has some correlation with actual damages? EDIT: Just read the article... After reading what LJ posted, isn't there a (big) difference between the accident being her fault (she crashed on 'accident') and her fault by negligence (she crashed on purpose or by some act of negligence i.e. knew her car was not in a safe drive-able condition)?
  20. Even if this gets no AE86 traction on here, please keep us updated on if you are going to do this, if you are going to get a bunch of AE86's to come out. I know a few people who would be interested despite not currently owning AE86's. While I can't 100% directly speak for "those of you who started the Cup o' Joe meet", I'm sure it would be fine as long as you aren't doing the things you said you will not have. Hell, I usually use it as an excuse to get some exercise and ride my bicycle down there and I'm accepted. I'm sure you will be fine. Straight from the website. http://columbuscarsandcoffee.net/ I'm sure Clay will chime in.
  21. Jones... http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2011/07/web01-anderson-maserati.jpg http://www.autoblog.com/2011/07/31/andersons-superior-black-edition-granturismo-s/
  22. I always like to drink some Sleeman or do some Kokanee when I go to Canada. :gabe:
  23. Damn son, do work. 80mph here you come! Lulz at using a forerunner 101 for your GPS. I can't believe people ran with those things on their wrist. My edge has seen almost 50mph gravity powered (skis). I wish I would have had Joe take a video of that.
