  1. From what I've heard due to underground parking still being under the park they can not put trees straight into the ground, so they are all in very large planters. So it wouldn't surprise me if they move them in during the winter.
  2. Truth 101 just got laid down on all of your asses. :fuckyeah: First we get Kasich, and rezoning due to the census means we might lose Kucinich.
  3. The new park is purddy cool... I just hope the noise doesn't bother the sea gulls down at the other park. :lolguy:
  4. Those two things are completely separate issues. I couldn't agree with you more on the first part, or disagree with you more on the second part.
  5. While I would agree that Michigan is probably slightly better in that area than Ohio, I wouldn't go beyond slightly. There is stuff like that just about everywhere you go. But again, if I'm going to move away from home (Columbus will always be home to me and is a really cool city), it's going to be for somewhere I'm really going to enjoy. There will be actual mountains within driving distance I can go play on, probably a bike friendly city and hopefully the ocean can be close too. That is really cool that a park like that is that close to where you live. I thought about the Carolina's when I first got out of school. Maybe somewhere like Raleigh, Charlotte or Greensboro; a few hours to the mountains and a few hours to the coast. You should talk to Doug!

Hmmmm... that's around 1 mile away from where I live. :megusta:
  8. Congrats on the expectant baby! I didn't know you guys were expecting. It will definitely be nice to be home with the new baby and not traveling. If I move away from Columbus it's going to be for a job + location, not just a job i.e. Portland, Denver... Somewhere that has things around it I like to do. Sucks because whenever I do move on, whether that's in Columbus or not, it will likely mean moving out of the auto industry for good, or at least a while. I've though long and hard about moving up to Detroit but I just can't see myself moving there only for a job/industry. Probably the only reason I haven't moved on yet.
  9. I wish death and serious pain towards burmese434.

Anyone want to go this weekend or next week (I'm off all week)? Saturday (7/2) at 10AM?
  11. TL;DR. No one, I repeat in case you didn't quite understand that, NO ONE cares about this little shit fest between you, sir-talks-alot, GSX idiot above me, codyh... I'm sure I'm missing a few since I try not to pay too much attention. You're wasting space, air, bandwidth, peoples time who are more important than you. At the very least you all should stop posting so much and that would take care of half of that problem. Maybe you just made an epic call-out that's worthy, maybe you posted the meaning of life, the cure for stupidity (I highly doubt that one), the path to world peace, the solution to the grand unifying theory, or something else highly valuable to humanity. But it wouldn't matter because you post so much keyboard diarrhea, and probably speak just as well IRL, that you've been put on virtual and real life ignore by most of the world.
  12. While maybe not necessarily up your alley considering the Rabbit and prospect of the Mustang, the turbo Buick seems like it would be worth driving in that price range. I don't know much about the performance, and I wouldn't expect it to be as good in that area as the mustang, I really like the way the Challenger's look. I'd agree it's the shining gem in that range, especially in the performance area, but I couldn't drive just 1 car and spend $30k on it.
  13. It's surprising the laws are that lax. Why make all of these strict crash standards and then not require people to leave their bumpers on? Goes to drive with outriggers on the road. :fuckyeah: Phil, how goes the newer job? Having fun running into blow up dolls? I know you've been there for a while now but I haven't talked to you in a while.
  14. Ohio law says bumpers must be installed if originally on the vehicle so in Ohio one could get a ticket for that. I just couldnt find anything about bumper covers or the like.
  15. Do you think the only fucked up shade tree thing that meth head did to that car was poke the foam? I'd run away laughing.
  16. You're not allowed to turf your own yard unless you have the right zoning on the land and are doing it for competition. http://thmg.photobucket.com/albums/v706/AprilWhine/smileys/th_icon_troll.gif

Lol, I'm not even sure who this is with all of the shit changed... is this gape? :gabe:
  18. Lulz... was wondering how long this would take. Thought I would get at least 1 serious answer, but thanks for impressing me. :lolguy: This is for something for work. 1 coworker needs the bumper cover off for something (private facility) but in the event I need to drive it on a public road I don't want to re-install and then uninstall the bumper cove if I don't have to. I was just too lazy to type all of that out before. The car wouldn't be driven far, ~6 miles one way. Not on highways or in populated areas. Not that it matters as to the legality, but more to the likelihood of running into a cop. There is nothing else that is part of the bumper cover (lights, license plate, etc), it's just a cover. The bumper itself is still installed on the car.
  19. Is it legal to drive a car without the bumper covers/skins off?

  21. I wish they had these at blood drives then the person who should be a greeter at walmart instead of someone in the medical field might find my vein instead of searching around for it and hit a nerve in the process. :dumb:
  22. I'm sick of hearing Lance's name in Outside. I've seen 2 articles linked to that site in the last month and they were both about Lance doping. Ya, he was a dopper like every other sissy ass road biker. Ya, we get you don't like him, grow up and fucking get over it. It probably sells magazines to trash him every chance you get. 23. 1)Buy some drugs 2)Put gloves on 3)Break into their house 4)Plant in house on coffee table (in plain sight) 5)Wait for their car to show up. Call Cops on pay phone, say someone inside is ODing 6)Profit?

That's no joke. I heard/read 2 startling stats today. News Corp bought MySpace for $850mil and is looking to sell it. There are estimates it will sell as low as $30mil. Zuckerberg is estimated to be worth $18billion!
  25. Lol, just saw your earlier post stating that same thing... guess I should pay more attention.
