What they said. With a typical twins setup they would run in parallel, not in series (compounded or staged). It's really easy to think about with a V engine, just split it in half. One turbo runs off of one bank of exhaust and the other runs off of the other bank of exhaust (see the first picture in that article). You would typically combine the cold side outs into one with a y pipe, just to go through the throttle body and into the intake. Sometimes this happens before or after the intercooler(s). There are 2 'usual' setups either running 1 front mount (combine before or 'inside of the intercooler) or 2 side mounts (combine after). With this particular setup they combine the cold side air in the air-water inter-cooler (see page 78 middle of the page on the left picture). If you think more abstractly about 'half of the engine', each turbo in this setup is basically running off of a 2.4L engine. Vipers run dual TB's and intakes right? Has anyone every seen a twins setup on those where each turbo feeds 1 TB? I've only ever heard of people running big singles on those... maybe due to space constraints?

I think Alfa just invented a new type of car... lets call it the crossover since it's a cross between an SUV and a sedan. :gabe: Really that's just a 5 door hatch... might look a little crossover-esque, but take a Mazda 3 and loop 5 inches off of it and you get that (in size). I bet it doesn't look so much like a crossover in person, simply due to the size.

If the 'cost' is doing it at a less fancy venue, then so be it. Weddings are agonizing enough for most involved, at least let it be numbed by drinking. By far the most fun I've ever had at a wedding was very inexpensive and the 'open' bar was cases of beer and some liquor that some family members bartender. Down in hocking hills at some cabin type of place. Not a ton of people, not fancy by any means, but a ton of fun.

Just the timing e.g. You file a patent for something but you I some documents/proof that I invented it before you did, so the IP is yours. EDIT: Ok, maybe I see now, first to file means you only have to come up with the idea but not actually put it into practice? That's dumb, but I still don't see how that changes what's patentable, it still has to be an original invention, something that can work in real life, etc.

I would think it's pretty obvious that car is worth more than a stock 328, all other things being equal (vehicle condition). Other than that, I agree with what you said about broke dicks and loans. That doesn't mean there aren't people out there with the cash, otherwise no one would ever be able to sell any unique or classic car for what it should be worth.
