I got about a billion honey bees dead in my basement. There's a colony in my yard every year. This is the first time they starting coming inside as it got colder out.

I built my first welder out of an old alternator and it worked great for years so I say go for it.

My Neighbor takes his produce and sets up shop every saturday at worthington. He's known for his onion's, but all his stuff is great. Wayne Weiland is his name and I've never seen anyone work as hard as that man. He's out on his knees from daylight to dark every day in the summer working his gardens with his hands.

Also not sure where your doing the reception, but you should think about having some extra put into the design of the area. Some things you don't think of like walls, windows, oddities, etc really make the photos crappy and reduce the experience. It can be find when its a high dollar place, but when its just a gym, or large meeting room just adding some type of cover over all 4 walls to hide the fact that it is a cheap venue will make it look awesome. Here's an example of a couple weddings I photographed at the same venue. I think you file where the problem is, in your case where you are. Once you get a judgement you then file for a lien on property. They never have to pay you, but if they had a house you'd get your money someday.

Android is what I need. I was messing around in JAVA using eclipse, but it's ben many years since I've done any programming and I don't have the time to make it worth catching up.

I need a simple and very specific app for helping with my day trading. I dont have the time to learn all the necessary steps to complete an app. I dont know if this could turn into something marketable but it might get a few downloads. Shouldn't be harder than a few input fields and some simple calculations that I already have laid out on spreadsheets. If someone is really into developing apps we could turn this into something actually useful, but would hate to let it get to far as it would be giving away a lot of very good secrets.

Thats true and with the New Albany area expanding north of 161, Smothers and County Line Rd's are getting more traffic all the time. I do agree thought that currently 161 and Sunbury is a good easy access location. Its just as I said, "old town."

Its busy for sure, but if you looked at the housing all around it, its ghetto or will be ghetto in the next few years. All old neighborhoods except for the stuff to the east, little turttle, etc. My concern was that it isn't going to get any better and can only get worse while the area to the north is big money, lake front properties all around with the above mentioned golf course communities surrounding it.

Sunbury and county line is more the direction of the new builds, higher wage earning people. Sunbury and 161 is slightly more ghetto but does have access to new albany money. Downtown new albany is having a major facelift right now, are there any options there?

Yeah thats what I'm finding, even 50k gets us more of what we are looking for near myrtle beach. We have the +3000 sq ft house here and we are done with that way of life and actually moving back to columbus for a couple years before heading south. Saving money, investing and traveling are what we like to do and a large home is a huge drain on resources and takes more time to maintain than we both want to put into it.
