Eric, I looked into that exact 540i before I bought the one I have currently. I obviously went another way... Denny Dotson is notorious for not having a title in hand and it taking MONTHS to get. As a whole their cars are beat. I have been to the lot and driven their cars, not to mention as a whole I was treated poorly. I would honestly advise you to look elsewhere. When I was looking for 540s there was a decent selection on Autotrader if you were willing to drive more than 15 minutes away. Also check out the ToyBarn, they have a decent 2001 S4 that you might like. You can call me if you want to check my car out. -Marc
