  1. God do I wish it was! But the guy's absolute sincerity is what made it so damn funny. :rolleyes:I gotta find another copy of that damn thing.
  2. At this point, who else stands a realistic chance of winning against McCain? That's my biggest consideration.
  3. Who said I was tolerant? I won't go into my views here, cause I'll get banned, and piss off a lot of people that I respect(don't worry, you're not among that group). You're arguing with the wrong Democrat. I don't vote the party line. I'm pro-choice, pro-gun, pro-death penalty, anti-war, pro-troops, pro-socialized healthcare, a fiscal conservative, an educational federalist, anti-immigration, and a welfare reformist. Wanna know why I vote Democrat on national tickets? Because they do a better job, period. On the local level, I occasionally vote Republican or independent, because they do a better job managing small government. EDIT, I'm also anti-affirmative action. There need to be standards, but quotas aren't the way to do it.
  4. Don't split hairs. Your intention was to "tar us with the same brush", nothing more. You want to imply that Farrakhan endorses him because he shares his agenda, and therefore anyone who votes with him is endorsing Farrakhan's agenda, and therefore his tactics and beliefs.
  5. OPEC also took a big hit to the powerbase when Saudi Arabia broke away from the herd. BTW, you may be right, it might be SEEN as validating his policies. Too bad it's wrong. Drilling more won't affect prices for years, and does nothing about global pollution. But Obama has never said "don't drill". He has said we should place more emphasis on reducing energy consumption and finding new ways to produce fuel. There are already experimental plants making petroleum through the use of algae, which CONSUME CO2 to produce fuel, rather than producing it as a by-product...and they do it for far cheaper than drilling...
  6. Gee, really? Tolerance? I think Farrakhan is fucking maniac. Apparently, so does Obama. What am I tolerating? Let's look at this; Obama is black. Farrakhan is a black "leader". Do you really expect him to boo and hiss a black candidate for POTUS? And again, Obama REJECTED his endorsement, strenuously. Your statements are ridiculous, illogical, and irrational.
  7. Strip=turbo>blower>spray>na Street=turbo>blower>na>spray daily driving=blower>turbo>na>spray Sorry, NO2 dudes, but spray sucks. When I step on the gas, my car goes faster. I do the install, and I'm done spending money, other than fuel and maintenance. When you get done with your install, you have to go and have your bottle inspected and filled, and when you run out, you have to do it again. For power, turbos are pretty much it, but when it comes to driving the car everyday, a blower car is just more comfortable. The power delivery is linear, consistent, and instant. No lag, no lurch, just a smooth increase in power as your foot approaches the floor. I might also throw in that it's just so much easier to tune a supercharged car, or a car with an add-on S/C.

  9. Except Iraq. They've got a major upturn except for their banks.
  10. Not a bad idea. But stockpiling ammo is probably money better spent, if McCain gets elected.
  11. Well, he's kinda right about me being racist, but my post wasn't...
  12. Not me dude! No sarcasm in my post above. Let's see, what are the biggest fears of the KKK? Blacks, women, and commies...yup, she is officially a Klansman's worst nightmare.
  13. Oh, how the worms turns! The Republicans have spent far more money in the past three elections than the Democrats have been able to raise, but now they're bitching? Hypocrites.
  14. A black woman toting a Russian rifle...every Klansmans' worst nightmare!
  15. You're right about that, but their success rate in testing was absolutely pitiful, over 50% of Soviet warheads tested straight from the line either failed to detonate, or were a fizzle yield. Thus the reason that a large portion of Siberia is a radioactive wasteland. Meanwhile, IIRC, as far as can be told from declassified documents the USA has never had a failure to detonate, or a fizzle-yield. Not that it mattered. Even with Russia's miserable record, both countries still would have been obliterated in the event of nuclear war. BTW, Scotty, if you want to read something absolutely hilarious, see if you can find a book titled The New Maginot Line. It was written in like 1987, and the author attacks Reagan and the military for the strategy of economic warfare, saying that Russia was too stable to bankrupt itself through military spending. He also attacks the M1 Abrams, F-15, and A-10 as boondoggles and failures, among other things he was spectacularly wrong about.:jerkit: Trust me, you'll laugh your ass off for days. [/offtopic]
  16. BTW, this shit is hardly news. From FEBRUARY: http://www.upi.com/Top_News/2008/02/26/Obama_rejects_Farrakhans_support/UPI-23221204087848/ Triple, douchebags..
  17. http://elections.foxnews.com/2008/02/29/mccain-refuses-to-renounce-hagee-endorsement/ So, since John McCain is endorsed by Hagee, he obviously is going to work to eradicate gays as revenge for Katrina, and split Israel down the center. BTW, Obama rejected Farrakhan's endorsement. McCain is PROUD of getting Hagee's.
  18. Beautiful work. Should have put more thought into the rear brace so the bed would be fully usable, but still an awesome piece of work.
  19. Thus my first post. But I think we can get some glimmer of his attitude by the fact that he BOUGHT that thing, and his first post only says that the previous owner did the work, not that he intends to UNDO it.
  20. So you tell me, do you honestly believe that the Iraqi government will be able to stand on its own any time in the foreseeable future? What evidence can you give us? And BTW, you fail, I watch BBC.
  21. I'm not treating him as a Messiah, and I think those who are, are a little irrational. Quite frankly, if I had the power to choose the next POTUS myself, Obama wouldn't be in consideration. But after 8 years of Bush, and McCain promising four more years of the same, Obama looks to some like the last chance we have to break a horrific downward spiral.
  22. Because all of the tank farms and mixing stations are on the west side. The north end has the same problem, and IIRC, the area north of Morse, and east of 71 has the most expensive gas in the city.
