It's really a shame, cause I used to be a bit of a fan of Nissan. When I worked at the auction in 2000, I drove a bunch of their lease returns, and the Maxima GLX with the VQ30 and the 6spd stick were ballsy little cars. I really wanted one at the time. Now i can pretty much say that Nissan is in there with Ford and Toyota on the list of cars I'll never buy.

Polls are shit. There's only one poll number that matters. Until that one comes down, fuck em all.

Fuck it. I'm not tired enough for this. I can only set highs on these things when I'm beyond exhausted into that manic area.

I can't say anything to make you feel better, so I'll just offer a little advice. Be with her every second you can. Don't try to hide your emotions from her. Talk to her about what's going on. If you have to cry, cry with her. Believe me, she's worrying about you, too. Moms are there to help their kids when they're hurting.

I just pulled out an old tax form, and you're right, I can see how it could happen. How is McCain planning on addressing the problem?

Cripes. There you go. Put the women in the psi-ops division...

Man are you kidding? I think that's my neighbor! It's suhweet!

Yes, hopefully.

See, now THAT ^^^ is from when BMW looked GOOD.

Park Avenue. Sometimes I wish I still had the Bonnie, though. It handled a lot better. Anyway, I wasn't criticizing, just making a statement of fact. Del Sols are lacking in body stiffness. Some crossbracing across the targa top will take care of it, and make it handle tons better. It'll also keep it from crumpling like a wet napkin if he gets in an accident, as they have a habit of doing.

As soon as he's arraigned, the video will be taken into evidence anyway, which will make it public domain, and the news will be waiting in the lobby of the courthouse to pick up a copy. Don't worry, you'll get to see it. I highly doubt that we'll see anything justifying the beating of a man who can barely function.

IMO, FireFox is easier to use than IE anyways, so win-win.

I still laugh at that one every time...BTW, that hopeless case is suing the DEA for releasing that video. Apparently, he can't seem to get hired to a LEO job anymore...

Ask him if you can see his tax return papers. He's getting a big return because his dependent deductions are dragging him below the minimum taxable income. He's getting back 100% of his withholding, which means his return is going to be a lot bigger than someone who is just getting back the amount of withholding error.

Why not? Like I said, make women who want combat MOS go through the same training and standards as men. If they fail, they go through the womens, and go to REMF duty and domestic postings. That guy holding a rifle outside your local AFB is hardly in a combat MOS. Send him to combat, and put a woman there. There are so many jobs within the military that do not require the strength or stamina needed in a combat soldier. In the case of a draft situation, women could fill these extremely necessary positions, freeing up male soldiers to man the front lines.

In other words, please ignore every bit of the context in which this was said. Fail again, Rick. Umm, Mike, where the hell did you get that crap? Maybe you should go talk to an accountant about that. Cause the way tax forms are written you discard negatives. You can get back 100% if you're under the minimum income, not a penny more.

No kit, no visible stickers, single muted color, and the body appears straight. That puts it in the 99th percentile when it comes to Del Sols.

The intake, red radiator hoses, and seat covers are a little suspect, but other than that, the car looks clean. You should be able to find seats for cheap, might even find good ones in the JY. If you're going to do autox in that thing, you really should look into stiffening the car. Del Sols are pretty floppy. Big thing is get some kind of bracing across the targa top opening.

Gaaghkkk, hhooohhg, hhhrralpgh...:barf: Sorry, but the Z4 coupe turns my stomach. In fact, the entire Chris Bangle era should be disavowed, IMO. Nice bike though.

No doubt. I used to run into some bonehead on Morse Rd every couple of nights on the way home from delivering pizza. He tried more than a few times to race me in my near-stock 95 SSEi, and I always handed him his ass in a bag. But I still want to see it...

I can introduce you to a guy on the Bonneville Club that is going through this shit as we speak, and like I said, hit Google, and you'll find hundreds, if not thousands, of people with similar experiences. When you run the uninstall, them run it again, then get an updated uninstaller and fail again, there's something massively wrong. And by the time he gave up and formatted the damn thing after moving everything recoverable off, there was very little left on the computer except Windows itself and Norton. Any viruses that would have fucked it up like that, well, shouldn't Norton have caught them in the first place? I've been running AVG for two years now, and I've never had an instant's trouble with it. I do torrents, filesharing, and I'm on so many forums I can't keep track. I've never had an infection, never had a threat it couldn't remove, never had a crash or freeze. My mother used her PC for very few things. One, she has an Irish and Scottish music collection that beggared the original HD(90% ripped from CDs, tape, and LPs), two, she's on Ebay constantly, and three, she does research on Monarch butterflies. These aren't exactly high-risk behavior and the computer ran perfectly up until the day they decided to switch to a different antivirus. When they tried to uninstall Norton, the computer started to self destruct. Same thing happened to my friend on the Bonneville club. Computer ran fine until he tried to change antiviruses away from Norton. After hearing a ton of nearly identical horror stories about Norton, I've come to the conclusion that it has some sort of self-destruct built into it.

Dude, get em on tape saying that and you can put a major hurt on them. What year is the car, and what kind of mileage has it got on it? If it is the other guy's insurance, they are required by law to use the highest quality parts available if they can't obtain original manufacturer replacement parts. What's the name of the insurer? BTW, if you ever run into this kind of situation again, go immediately to the State Attorney General's Office.
-
Wrong. Other way around. Insurance companies get away with a lot of shit they shouldn't. Believe it or not, cars newer than a certain age are required by law to be repaired using original manufacturer parts, and all cars repaired under insurance claim are required to be fixed to pre-accident condition. Trust me, I helped a friend back an insurer into a corner and force them to redo ONE job no less than three times. Non-original parts, bad paint, sloppy repairs, the whole damn thing. Your signature on that piece of paper doesn't mean shit except that you've paid and you're getting the car back. It is not any kind of acceptance of substandard work.

Geebus, they GROUND the head? And they took it down into the valve seat?! Yay, for hot-spots! That engine won't last a week.
