  1. How I like my steaks: Med-rare salt and pepper only How it should be prepared to achieve prime results: put seasonings on and refrigerate, no less than 1 1/2 inch thick cuts How it should be cooked to achieve prime results: high heat for a few minutes (I go by smell, not so much by time) don't open the grill cover, don't poke that bitch. flip it and do the same thing. I think I usually end up around 5 minutes per side. then, the most important thing; DON'T CUT IT TO CHECK DONENESS, JUST LET THAT MOTHERFUCKER REST FOR 5 MINUTES WHILE THE JUICES CONTINUE TO COOK THE MEAT. edit: if for some reason forced to cook with crappy steaks, Montreal Steak Seasoning is aces

  3. Lets go from this if 350Z = CTSV and 350Z - sportiness - looks = G35 then one could assume that CTSV - sportiness - looks = G35 Looks like we've got our winner, Johnny.
  4. Why wouldn't you take his word for it being a cobra? he shouldnt have to prove it with pics. you think someone would do that? just go on the internet and tell lies?

  6. would you consider selling the 3Wood separately? if so, PM me price. edit: fuuuuuu
  7. At the end of the day, PS4 and X1 will be comparably awesome consoles the likes of which will be chastised by PC gamers everywhere. And guess what; it won't fucking matter to anyone but the people who have time to break down the graphic rendering capabilities of each. Bottom line: PC, PS4, and X1 will all be wicked fun ways to engage in video games. I personally prefer PS3 for Madden/NHL/Tiger Woods, but I spend considerably more time PC gaming due to better graphics in single player.
  8. My boss just jumped through all the hoops with Atlas Butler (said fuck them with a 10-foot long spiked dildo) and a couple others, said Logan Air was very straightforward in providing him with all the info he wanted and gave him a good price.
  9. Realizing that you didn't ask for advice, don't tell him he can't have something, that'll just make him want it more. Maybe what he really wants/needs is some car knowledge from his dad to steer him in the right direction. Get him to talk about what he REALLY wants. Think about what kind of car you would've gotten at his age and try to share that with him and maybe guide him to something a little less retarded than a clapped out S-10. Also, when I was his age I got a super shitty old Chevy pickup truck that was RWD and manual for my birthday, 2 months after graduation. http://i301.photobucket.com/albums/nn69/caxide/frontcorner.jpg
  10. I got to go to college and I got a pig roast. Best HS graduation ever.
  11. keep chasing the dragon, man. I love E36s.
  12. My GM always avoids sales-type questions in terms of "what do you think you can bring to the company" since anyone can regurgitate statistics that make them look good. He always asks questions to identify your personality type and make sure you're malleable. There are a lot of personalities that can be successful in sales, and many that can't. the #1 thing is to hunger to learn, because in sales you're going to need to spend your entire career learning and adapting to a changing environment.
  13. http://codes.ohio.gov/orc/2921.29 If the store clerk called 911 thinking that this guy could have been about to commit a crime, then this would be a reasonable argument. He doesn't have to produce identification documentation, but he does have to identify himself. EDIT: I'm not arguing that what the cop did was right, but cops are not a judge or jury. Their job is not to try and sentence you. Their job is gather information, keep the peace, and prevent crime.
  14. So a guy walks into a store that is apparently known for a lot of crime, drug addicts, people with prior felonies. Aka people who shouldn't be carrying a gun. And he's carrying a gun. MAYBE THE STORE CLERK WAS JUSTIFIED IN CALLING THE POLICE. Or maybe it'll be the opposite, since a police department with less funding will have less hiring power and will be stuck with a sub-par police force.
  15. Here's how I see how the argument against him will go: -Man legally carries firearm openly on private property. -Property owners want police to make sure the guy is exercising his rights legally; he could, after all, be a felon for all they know. -Police arrive, and in effort to fulfill property owners' wishes, try to identify the man and ensure that he's not doing anything illegal. -Man doesn't comply with demands to identify himself. I don't think this would be a problem if he was on public property. Again, I didn't watch the video, but I think the above is a pretty reasonable summary of what MAY have happened. I'm all for open carry, but those who do have to be prepared and respect private property owners' wishes.
  16. As a salesman, the most I'd do for somebody is call the previous owner and ask how willing they are to help out. Most people are reasonable and are happy to let you forward their info. I'd never give out personal contact info without consent, I would get fired for it.
  17. Didn't watch video, but 2 important things need to be addressed; Did the store have a clearly posted no firearms policy? Even if they didn't did they ask him to remove his firearm from the premesis? Or did they ask him to leave the premesis? As a business, they have the right to refuse service and demand that he leave. If he was asked to leave and didn't, or didn't remove the firearm from the premesis, then the police ABSOLUTELY have the right to detain and question him, as there is reasonable suspicion that he was trespassing. Even if he wasn't, it's the police's job to find out if he was and to do that they need to identify him. If this happened on public property, I am 100% supportive of the lawsuit, but private property changes everything.
  18. Bump, $6000 firm for the next couple weeks, then it's going back to CT. edit: Thanks mods for fixing OP
