  1. This. Are you setting your record options to not delete ever? Or is it on the default setting to delete when it needs space to record something. The F1 races I've recorded in HD take up a ton of space, so I imagine your Aussie races do the same. Don't blame TWC because you have a finite limit on your DVR storage and are unable to manage it. If you're 3 races behind on the series, its probably not that important to you anyways.
  2. It absolutely is that clean, and always has been. Back when I had my old Chevy Apache we traded cars for a weekend. This MB has tons of power when you want it but can just cruise down the road with no noise or harshness whatsoever.

  5. Ive been planning on going to this for a while.
  6. I was just trollin. I've got the same feature on my Bionic, just a different name. There's a preloaded one that sucks but Voice Actions in the app store is on par with Siri, it just doesn't make for the same smartass responses when you prompt it with commands like "Open the pod bay doors"
  7. I don't even tap my brakes, I TTO and go full opposite lock in drive thrus.
  8. So this morning I'm cruising in my 4runner and decide that 4 Venti quad pumpkin spice lattes arent enough, and I need another. So I go to pull in to starbucks but this shitstain in a pontiac sunfire or something starts pussyfooting around. I jump forward because he won't make up his mind, but his tampon must've been chafing because he gets out of his car and starts trying to bro down outside my car. I tell him he's not supposed to leave his car running in the street, as it's a safety hazard, but he just keeps screaming something about ground clearance and curbs. I told him I had plenty of ground clearance to hop it but I didn't want to destroy the grass. Anyways, the cops show up and told me to just move along and they'll make sure the guy got the ass pounding he needed.
  9. Elantras are really nice but good luck getting one; they have some supply troubles and demand is high.
  10. Official Abarth launch event is at L.A. Auto Show Nov. 16th at 1:35p. We'll hopefully be breaking out the Chianti here to celebrate, and they'll finally tell us when they'll be showing up on our lot. That and the actual performance of the car.
  11. Great writeup, gotta know what I'm up against . When are you going to come back to do a writeup of the Cinquecento?
  12. Shit like that^^^ is why I say hockey is the best sport around.
  13. for the longest time i let my aversion to being bad at things keep me away from doing what i loved, but it turns out with a little confidence you can get pretty good at anything. I'm playing goalie (in soccer) now at a level I never thought possible when I was in HS mostly just due to a bit more discipline and confidence. I'm hoping the same carries over to hockey someday.
  14. yup 6'3" 270 (and dropping!) getting in shape is priority #1 but I want to do some sports as well as just straight up cardio. I think I'd make a hell of a blueliner if I can develop some skill.
  15. Awesome thanks! I know Play-It-Again would probably be a good place to start for used equipment, any hockey-specific places to save money?
  16. Is there a place in Cbus for adult beginners? I never played ice hockey b/c it was so expensive as a kid, but street hockey was my life when I was a kid. I can ice skate better than most, I just never had the proper training. Not sure I even have the money now to sink into hockey but I play soccer 3 times a week and have been loving how much sport I'm playing.
  17. I like that idea. Seguin is still unproven talent though. He's good right now because he's got tough, good linemates to keep the attention off him. I'd still love Rask but both Julien and Chiarelli are of the same opinion when it comes to saying they have 2 #1 goalies in their roster. I don't think Rask is on the trading block. Vermette would be a good guy to trade. He's a top line center-style player who's not good enough to play top line center. He's gotta be a productive scorer, not just a good distributor. They brought him in to be someone who could pass to Nash and set him up for goals, but he has failed in that respect. I think one of the guys that is underappreciated and underutilized by CBJ is Derek Dorsett. I think with a little help, he could be a Pat Verbeek-esque influence on the team. He's already shown his ability and willingness to earn time in the box and throw hands with bigger guys, they just need to find a way to get him to his minor league offensive production.
  18. Lets see how I close out the month, you may hear from me in november if this hasnt been bought
  19. L.A. is going to want ridiculous compensation for him. I would, however, be in favor of a blockbuster deal involving Jack Johnson as well. Maybe Bernier + Johnson for Mase + Johanson + Draft pick not that I want to see Johanson leave, but that's going to be what people want to take on the burden of Mase
  20. So make a thread about it. No one's forcing you to stay in this one. Rally your supporters around your cause elsewhere, we're talking about Blue Jackets HOCKEY not Blue Jackets POLITICS in here. I agree about Schneider, though Atkinson is enough BC blood on the team for my liking. I'd love to see Tuukka but I'm biased after watching him for years in Beantown and watching my BU Icedogs get shit on by Schneider. Still, a quality goalie is a quality goalie and I'd love to see someone who learned from Bobby Lu in our net.
  21. This With no viable backup to Mase, however porous he's been he's all they've got. Though he's useless as trade bait, they need to suck it up and buy a good netminder. Maybe that shitclown Garth Snow will trade Nabokov once Rick "Injury Magnet" DiPietro gets better. Hell, even Al Montoya would be a welcome change. And you never know, the right offer might even lure the Dominator back to the U.S. (/ridiculous dreaming). When Wiz comes back he will be both a leader and a solid checker/enforcer, but now they're without Martinek. No Carter, no Boll, I at least like that Arniel is cycling guys like Calvert/Atkinson(FUCK BC EAGLES)/Giroux with some consistency, giving each top line experience in Springfield and tough NHL experience with the CBJ.
  22. My system? Loot what I can, head for a coast, steal a sailboat, find new continent and repopulate with supermodels.
